I really liked this.  It seemed entirely plausible and I actually got so sucked into it that I started imagining ways for Edward to eat crow later on for Alice, when the vision actually comes to fruition.

I don't know why it tickles me so much, the thought of Edward being ticklish.  And I am getting such a kick out of the thought of Emmett going back to Edward and Edward seeing how Bella looks right now in Emmett's head.  lol

I don't think Billy was too harsh.  I was a little surprised at Bella's reaction, I just have such a hard time picturing her being harsh with anyone even if it is to defend Edward.

I hate how Bella hurt Leah, because I always felt Leah got the worst ending for all of them.  She truly loved Sam after all.  With regards to Edward drowning in denial, heck in Midnight Sun he had a hard time believing Bella had feelings for him, so I don't think it's impossible he couldn't believe it here. 

I'm just glad that Bella has finally found the truth and she's okay with it.  Now, we just have Jacob in the way and Edward to come to grips also, and we can start up with the the major sexual tension, right?  :-)

I must be an angst-whore as well as a smut-whore, because I loved this.  For one I've been looking forward to the Jake breakup for a while (because it just bothered me so long that she was still with him when she had feelings for Edward), so I was just relieved at every second of tearful goodbye.  And secondly, I was just wonderfully excited and intrigued by the direction you went with the fic, by involving Alice like that.  Totally wasn't expecting it but it made sense and it was great.  Thanks very much for the chapter, now I must head to the forum to find this mysterious excerpt!

Oh God, that was all sorts of awesome.  Seriously.  From the chick night from hell to the Jacob reveal.  Super exciting and just riveting.  I actually had to take a break from reading for a few minutes during the middle of it because I couldn't handle the excitement.  Had to take a breather.  Wow. 

The things you did with the word "fine" was amazing.  You really tied things up with that one word for Bella.

I hate Jacob so much right now it's not even funny.  The guy has no right to keep bothering Bella like this.  I don't care if he is trying to say he's sorry or whatever.  I honestly wish Edward gets an opportunity to hurt him.  Badly.  And while Bella doesn't believe Edward failed her with her getting so horribly hurt by Jacob, I can't help but feel that yes he did fail her in part.  And I would not be opposed to hear more about how he suffered for his mistakes, because honestly he deserves the hurt too.  One word: atonement.

The talks between Alice and Bella were nice.  It surprises me a little bit though how Bella trusts Alice, mainly because if I were her and I still had doubts on which Edward was the true one, that logic would make me question whether I were seeing Alice's true nature also.  What if it's a vampire thing, is what I'd wonder to myself.

I am really looking forward to the WTF moment.  Don't know why.

I honestly don't know what to think of Edward's steps toward trying to show Bella he truly loves her.  It's hard, not knowing what Edward is thinking and feeling during all this.  As a reader it makes it more difficult to empathize or sympathize with him seeing his actions through the Bella filter.  It's too easy to rail and scream about how stupid he is.  I imagine your other readers are all chomping at the bit at the hope for the big reconciliation between Bella and Edward.  Me, not so much.  I haven't been on the forum (it moves way too quickly and its too scary for me), so I may be wrong on that.  Just, knowing readers, I imagine a lot of them are saying how they can't wait for Bella to give into her love, stop being stubborn, and throw herself into Edward's arms, blah blah blah.  Not so for me.  I completely sympathize with the situation Bella has found herself in.  The heart may want what it wants, but the head is definitely not on board.  If the situation were that she had found herself in love with a human who was a reformed serial murderer (who also lied and tore her heart out figuratively speaking), people wouldn't be so eager for Bella to listen to her heart, right?  It's not so different here, the situation.  I think people tend to gloss over all the shocks that Bella has had lately, too.  She feels she's horribly disfigured and I bet people tend to ignore that.  People wouldn't ignore her feelings on that if she had had, say, a double mastectomy, would they?  Yet the feelings of disfigurement and self-loathing are still there.  Anyway, at this point I'm rambling like I've had a fifth of vodka for lunch.  Shutting up now.

Poor Emmett.  I liked the insight immensely into Rosalie.  That was very well done and one of the best ways of presenting it that I've seen.  You have a unique way of looking into the events of Twilight that I didn't consider when I read it, I very much appreciate it.  Thanks!

Angst is good.  I like angst.  And strangely enough I actually feel bad for James simply because he truly did love Bella. 

Fluffy!  But fluff is good in certain doses.  And necessary, I mean it can't be all gloom and doom right?  :-)

Uh, is Heidi a lesbian?  Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it was the only thing I could come up with to explain her.  Yeah, and of course I would focus on that first out of everything that has happened, one track mind I have. 

Hopefully Bella will be able to figure out Caius's power.  I'm intrigued on what it might be myself.  I hope it's nothing that will reveal their secret!

I just found this story and it's excellent.  Great detail but not too overwhelming, stays true enough to characters that I don't feel uncomfortable, and the plotline is very solid.  And it's wonderful to have such long chapters!  Thanks very much to write this, I really enjoyed reading it.
