It's wrong, wrong, wrong....love the story, but it's still wrong and mean and evil and you are torturing us! Author's Response: Sorry. I know the cliffie was evil. It just turned out to be the perfect moment to end the chapter. We will learn alot of stuff in the next chapter. Hang in there! I promise some more fluff on the horizon. Thanks for reading/reviewing!

I never noticed before how he had progressively carried more and more weight. My humanity and his immortality; the call of my blood and his unending thirst; my insecurities and stubbornness; his desperation to keep me safe; my precipitous abandon towards all things dangerous; his sacrifice of his own feelings to protect me; the guilt of his abandonment; the consequences of my relationship with Jacob…every little thing further weighed him down. Summary:
Ever wondered why Jasper and Alice are perfect for each other. He calms her down and keeps her grounded. Duh!
But why is Jasper so attracted to Alice? What does she fulfill in him?
Imagine a world in which Alice cannot see the future and is a human sophmore living on a college campus, attending school. She has this creepy guy (who is very sexy but sadly wardrobe challenged) who follows her around all day, staring at her, with a look of pain on his face.
What does Jasper need from Alice that he can't find with another girl? And, more importantly, what will he and his friends (who are not quite human) do to make sure he ends up with what he needs?
Hint: lots of lemons may be involved.
