Loved the chappie!!!!!!  So many observations.  This line struck me:  There are certain things about their relationship that I don’t want to have any knowledge of... especially intimate knowledge.  Maybe I'm making too much out of it, but it again shows just how broken Bella is.  She' can't even think about sex, let alone have it.  I really fear for when she finds out about Edward's indirect connection to her rape.  I have to have faith that she will be able to forgive him.  After all, she does love him so much, more than she's ever loved anyone from what I gather.  I am a romantic at heart and I tend to beleive that even the worst of difficulties can be overcome if both parties love one another.  Perhaps the fact that she knows that he tried to commit suicide will moderate her response a little bit - she may not want to trigger him.

I really love your use of dreams in the story.  It ties in with the books (B dreaming of E, E's telepathy). 

As messed up and devastated as they both are, I'm thrilled that they both have incredibly strong support systems (except Edward and his asshole father). 

Scared about the meeting and the reveal, but it has to happen.

One more thing:  Happy ever after, happy ever after, happy ever after ... that's all I'm sayin'.

I love caretaker Edward.  He is so mindful of her feelings and cherishes her so much; he truly makes my knees week.  Where the HELL are these men in real life? 

I love that there is a sense of normalcy in this chapter, and the fact that they’re learning the little things about each other.  What foods they like / dislike, little details like that.  Going to the store, Bella good naturedly giving him crap for his nonexistent food supplies,   The fact that she’s taking care of him is so sweet.  I think it will be as therapeutic for her to soothe his soul as it will be for her to heal as well. 

I’m also in love with how much of a gentleman he is – opening her door, insisting on it.  it gives him so much pleasure to just treat her like a queen.  It was painful when Jasper told E what happened when he left B, but he really had to know.  He feels like such garbage I don’t think he could have comprehended how much she needs him, since he doesn’t feel he deserves her.  And I really love your southernisms.  This killed me: “Oo-ee, ya look finer than fried chicken at the Sunday social.”  I could TOTALLY hear him saying it!  Well done!

My favorite part? When he’s looking in the mirror and she asks him if he likes what she sees.  His reply - “Not yet,” I say as I turn to envelope her in my arms, “but I want to try to.  Will you help me?”  That, to me, sums up the story in one sentence.

I liked the name of the chapter after I reread it.  The dealer's think he's trading down, but really this car thing is so symbolic of his life.  He's cleaning out the garbage, the harmful stuff and starting fresh.  I am so happy that he's seeing the shrink - and being open to it.  The first step in getting healthy is acknowleding that you need help.  And he needed to cry, the poor sweet thing.

So much fun banter. I have told you a lot, your Edward's inner dialogue cracks my shit up.  The disdain that he and Rose have for each other I love.  I can't help but think that in the end they will be come reluctant friends.  And how funny that Emmett gets all hot when she goes all hard core.  Hysterical.

Can't wait to find out what Cynt and Bella were talkinga bout at the diner .. hmmm.   I was also really glad to hear Bella call Tanya a bitch.  Dammit - she has a right to be angry!  All the blame she's put on herself - she needs to focus that shit outward where it belongs.  Glad she's finally starting to do so.

And damn, that bank manager.  So incredibly sexy and intelligent.  Edward really needs to have one last roll in the hay before he completely commits to Bella.  I won't tell ...

This was a pitch perfect, beautiful chapter. I know I have already told you that but I need to say it again.  You did her justice and then some.  I continue to be impressed with you tackling this very, very difficult subject in a way that is so compassionate.  I tease all the time about lemons - but obviously this isn't the story for that!  You created a beautiful, sensual lovemaking scene that made me go weak at the knees, but at the same time it was tasteful and romantic. 

I am just amazed at the intimacy and love between them.   With Romanticward you have created the perfect man -- sigh!!

I could just ramble on and on about this, but I truly was floored.  She so deserves to have everything that anyone wants - someone to spend her life with as well as loving, satisfying physical intimacy - and with Edward she has both.

My favorite part of the entire chapter was when he kneeled down to kiss her scar and to tell her that it was the mark of a brave survivor.  She so needed to hear that. I think all of us did! 

I am also glad that you went with Bella's POV for this chapter. It was her story to tell. 

I know that we are in for more drama as the trial unfolds, but I am just so glad that James wasn't able to continue to steal this from her and from Edward.  I just can't express enough how beautiful this chapter was.  So empowering for Bella to have this!  Great job and I'm very proud of you!! xoxo

Nikki ... Wow. That was intense!!! Poor Edward - how he must have been sick over subjecting her to that, and then for her to do exactly what he was afraid she'd do.  It was actually interesting to see him jump back into attorney mode .... We've not yet seen him that way. Wow, ruthless.  But I think he's doing the right thing by prepping her for the worst. And holy moly, you're gonna make a great attorney!  I would not have thought of that scenario as a defense theory!

So .... I'm hoping Bella forgives him. And ironically, I wonder if it will be his arch nemesis Rosalie who makes Bella understand the necessity of such a brutal questioning?

Also great to see Charlie -- bad timing, but I am a Charlie fan!

As I have already told you, this is an amazing chapter.  Edward's reaction is just so gut-wrenching and visceral, we can literally feel the anxiety tearing him up.

So poignant when he was looking at the baby with the hair that his mother would describe as "bronze."  Yep, Dr. Edward ain't no fool - he knows whazzup.

Wow.   Just fucking wow.  Powerful and like a punch to the gut.  But in a good way!  I'm hooked on this as much as Edward is hooked on his drugs and drink.

I don't usually review because I honestly don't feel worthy and can't ever articulate my feelings after I read one of your chapers.  I'm just utterly blown away by this story.  I feel these characters in my soul.  I have been where Bella is, but I never got the amends that she's getting from her Edward.  This story, I just love it.  

Without question one of my favorite stories (fic OR non-fic) EVER.  I seldom review as I don't have adequate words.  Perfection.  Beautiful and poignant and perfectly paced.  I am in awe of your talent. Really.  A+++++++++++++++++++
