I haven't reviewed yet, but I should have. I really wasn't looking to start a story right now, but when I stumbled across yours I was hooked.
Summary: Sequel to Deliver Me From Evil. After Bella's ex-boyfriend is dealt with by Edward, she must now face the difficult decision of becoming a vampire. And complicating her decision even more is her three-year old son, Ben. Also, Bella is having some doubts about this decision, so how will she know what she truly wants? And is what she desires what is best for her and her son?

Your chapter was very true to canon but not just a paraphrasing. I can't wait to see how much control she shows. Loved it! Author's Response: Thank you so much! I worked really hard on the conversion scene, but did not read the book so that I wouldn't copy it. I was a bit disappointed in the book in that she had perfect control, and so I did change that part to make it more realistic (as realistic as a vampire conversion could be, haha!). I'm glad your Bella is a little reticent about changing. It's huge--especially with a child. Author's Response: I love Emmett, too. He's one of my favorite characters. And yes, Bella is having a hard decision regarding her change with Ben thrown into the mix. As a parent, many times we forgo what we want for our kids, but her feelings for Edward are something she's never experienced before, which is causing her to really struggle with the decision.

Christmas was what I would expect from the Cullens--a little too much, a little over the top. The red satin nightgown and the portrait were perfect. Can I admit I'm a little scared about Bella's transformation? Author's Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed the satin nightgown. I'm sure Alice picked it out, LOL! I think Bella is a little nervous about it too, although she doesn't want to admit it. And I'm glad you enjoyed Christmas at the Cullen house! I'm torn. I want Bella and Edward together forever, and I wouldn't want to be much older--but I wouldn't want to leave my child either.

Personally I feel the same as you do, and it has been a challenge for me to write this, because I want to smack Bella upside the head. But, to stay true to what I think she would do, I am soldiering on with the plot, and I am finding it interesting getting in her head with her being a mother. She hasn't taken this decision lightly, but she hasn't chosen what I think we would have all decided, either. Then again, if I were faced with Edward... LOL. Nah, I couldn't leave my kids for anything. Thanks so much for your thoughts on this! I always enjoy reading your reviews! :)
Summary:

Lady Isabella Swan, daughter of the Earl of Bridgewater is facing serious monetary problems after her father's death. All she has to her name is her title and the house she and her mother inhabit. She's desperate to find a solution to her problems which comes in the form of Edward's marriage proposal. Set in England, 1850.
