I always do the happy dance when I see there's been an update of this story, and this chapter is a great example of why.
Eclipse is my favorite movie, and I think Charlie and Bella's "talk" is my favorite scene.

I can see Carlisle's point. As a mom, I want my son safe and happy above all else, and I would be upset at anyone whose decisions put him in danger. I also think he's overreacting a little to make up for lost time; he missed being a dad for all Edward's life.

I love the Edward/Carlisle bonding time. I'm firmly Team Carlisle, so I'm almost always on his side.
I hope Edward doesn't have a reason to worry about Bella not answering her phone.
