You have most certainly done delightful things with E's self torture, the tantalizing twists to the back story, and of course lovely Jacob.  You weren'y kidding when you told me it just keeps getting better!  Enjoying the mindfuck.  Enjoying the swirling images.  Waiting for James to rear his glittering head.

I'll quit destracting you from your writing now.  ;)   The heat wave here is making reading about steaming swamps very fitting, but overheating my own brain too much to want to do anything but escape.

Particularly like the intense imagery this chapter.  A bunch of stuff had me cringe-giggling my A off!! Still makes me giggle. 

The bit about something being waRshed hits close to home.  You can tell a true Eastern Washingtonian by their addition of R to words like WASH.  (Sadly, my own father is one of these!)  Just call 'em the hill billies of the Northwest!!!  :D

Loved our dear Whiney Boy.  (Feelin' my time in Boston again..)  Mad Wicked giggles over his struggling with his realizing his feelings for Bella, and the worry she'd be hurt while he was gone/get it on with Jake.  Charlie and his following them home was inspired.  Life is soooo like that!!  Kinda like Cockblocking, but more omnipresent!  lol

Dying to know why he smelled her (kinda felt like it was out of place somehow), or at least why you made it such a ominous feeling dangler!!!  Looking forward to more Southern Lovin' (OOooo, new favorite adult beverage... Lemon Southern Lovin'!!!)  *mwaha*

At one point I was wondering if Bella had accidentally already gotten pregnant by Jake and that's why the fuzziness.  O-O   That would sure throw a wrench in the works!! lol

I'd think it'd be for certain that Jake isn't going to stay away. My other thought was that he's lurking just out of sensing distance from them and that's what's boggling Alice, that or his hazy decisions are fuzzing her.

Enjoyed feeling it move along and hearing from Charlie and Mandy. Eager to see where you take them next!  Glad to have the update!  I do so enjoy this story.  It SUCKED not getting to read this as soon it posted, glad I got to now, though!!

Really good chapter.  You addressed the emotions she's feeling really well.  Love the mama-roommate scene!!  Part of me wants her to not have the big O until she's with E, but know that I'm just eager to see what you have planned.  Still kills me that one of the two guys is gonna have to suck hind tit and I love a good HEA.  I hear people talk about hating BreakingDawn, and I don't really get it.  They got the full fledged HEA, baby, marriage, Jake a perfect partner, some more angst, the works!  lol  Unless they're talking about being disappointed that Sm left so much out of the really juicy bits, I'm left wondering what they would have rather seen.

I like that J is a VERY human teen boy with being a too few pump chump, but like Jake so well in general, that it's hard to see him so oblivious.  Suits the reality of the character and will give Bella the motivation she needs to give him up.  ADORE her realization that it's only a matter of time until J imprints.  Could be soon or when he's 70, but it's likely to happen and then she'll loose him worse than she lost E. 

Beautiful touches with the bottle cap wear, too.

In general a great chapter.  I'm with Bella in hating getting worked up only to have him leave her in the lurch!

I really like where you seem to be taking this!  How will Mandy's new loyalty affect her future relationship with Bella?  Can't wait to see how it turns out!!  Loving the ride!
