Title: Wanted
I feel like I have missed something. If a baby was murdered by Alice, why is Alice dating Jasper? And how could Edward not know who murdered his daughter? If he thought Bella had murdered their daughter, why is Bella not in jail? No parent would just walk away from someone they believed killed their child. And the same parent would not stand by and let the supposed murderer take care of a new baby. Author's Response: That's because the next chapter is going to explain all that. It is actually Bella who's not getting the story right...
