I wrote fan fiction from the fall of 2008 until the fall of 2009 and was very active in the fic community as a validation beta for Twilighted and avid reader myself. :) I cannot say enough how much I value the friends I made reading, writing, and squeeing over fic.
These days, I've turned my attention to publishing original fiction in contemporary and paranormal romance under the pen name Laura Kaye. I am the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of a dozen books (as of the spring of 2013). None of my published works are based fan fiction stories, and all the fan fiction stories originally published to Twilight or FF (writing as LauraACullen) remain posted. Summary:  It was said of early vampire books and movies that vampirism was simply a poorly disguised substitute for sex. Back in the day, the entire genre was considered extremely risque'. With that in mind, this is a parody of Midnight Sun replacing all the vampirism with sexuality - no blood lust - just extreme human lust. AH/AU and consequently, OOC. Of course, I'd always be interested in reading more of your writing, especially as I love this story and any excuse to prolong it. But I really LOVE that this is EPOV. So I'd be happy either way. Okay, that's probably not very helpful! I loved the chapter--don't know why you were nervous about it. His feelings were entirely natural and honest, and I think you handled it just right. Title: Chapter 25: Epilogue
This has long been one of my favorite stories--so funny and sexy and sweet and hot and just everything good. I'm sorry to see it end but am so glad Edward got his fantasy and that we may yet see more of these guys!
Summary:
Bella Swan spent the first two years of her life in Forks developing a friendship with Jacob Black that finally turned into something more. As she begins her senior year of high school, a new family moves to town and Bella slowly begins to question the path she thought her life would follow. Sometimes there is a difference between what you think you need and what you never knew you wanted. Takes place during the timeframe of New Moon and Eclipse. J/B at first, but eventually E/B.

Title: Chapter 31: Relentless
I still very much like this story, having read it in three sittings last night, today over lunch at work, and tonight. I feel like the pacing has slowed a little more than it should. And I'm a little irritated that Bella isn't thawing quicker. But it works within the confines of the story as you've established it. I'll be itching for new chapters now that I've read all of these! I love that Edward has finally decided to fight for her.

Title: Chapter 32: Hypocrisy
I had to go back a few chapters and read to remember what was going on, but it was worth it to remind me why I liked this story. I wanted to see them get further in this chapter but I'm glad at least that Bella is thawing and realizing and coming around. I'm still on board for the ride! Author's Response: They originally did get further in the chapter, but it rang false, so I had to change it. It was a tough call, but it just didn't fit in the end. Hence the reason for the eternity between updates. And thank you for continuing to follow the story; it's in its heartfail stage (and has been for awhile), and I appreciate your willingness to see it through.
Summary: When the guys decide to go on a weekend hunting trip, thinking the girls have the same idea, the Cullen females decide to give their men a homecoming like never before.

Summary: Bella has a slight medical, personal problem and is forced to talk to the last person on earth she wants to, her fiance's father. Things get carried away, and Edward and the rest of the Cullens get involved in Edward's accidental humiliation of dear Bella by using proper vocabulary.
