Mid-30s guy with an addiction for fan fiction presently, and a slew of unfinished writing in my file cabinet and computer that I never seem to manage to complete full stories. Plots and bits and pieces, sure, but start-to-finish stories still elude me.
Aside from that I'm always over-thinking things, have a science background but love my fiction books... and I guess I'm a twi-guy being here as much as I am lately :S (I own the series and The Host as well). Also a fan of David Eddings and Clive Cussler.
Just starting an Education degree that'll eventually send me out to Middle and Secondary schools to teach math and science (mostly biology, probably).
Oh and my friends just gave me an Edward doll from the Barbie range (he sparkles! lol they didn't realise it at the time either) My Twi-diction is kind of a running joke for them, but their nice enough about it :)

hahahaha I know I probably shouldn't be laughing since there's Bella's feelings and a whole lot of human lives in the balance, but I was chuckling throughout most of the chapter and finally lost it at Edward's "Game on, Bella Swan"!! :) Author's Response: :) I laughed a lot while writing it, so I'm glad to hear others laughed as well! I adore writing Edward's special brand of logic and it'll be fun to watch these two take one another on, I hope! Thanks for reviewing!

Well, I think I was laughing all the way through that chapter. Edward's little comments to himself and apparent uncontrollable urge to tell the truth to Bella are just too funny to read :)
I think Bella almost pimping him out steals the scene though, even if it does make a strange amount of sense! Can't wait to see how the date works out, hopefully not badly for anyone involved... except maybe Edward, considering he'll probably have to eat some human food etc! Author's Response: :) Is it wrong to admit that I kinda giggle my way through the chapters as well? He amuses the hell out of me even if he is mine. Since I don't know where he's coming from, perhaps I'm laughing at something another personality of mine wrote.
Like you, I have fun with that interior monologue. He thinks about lying to her but then decides it's really not worth the effort and she'll only get more pissed down the road.
Bella definitely identifies with Angela and in her own sweet way she just wants to make the girl feel good. It might not be a wise choice but hopefully Edward can use it to his advantage to get her under his thumb a little. It's only fair! I look forward to seeing how it goes myself! I think Edward's argument with himself did me in a bit too. Really can't wait to see what happens he says those three words - I'm totally expecting him to be the one that caves/slips first... although I don't know whether he may add a colourful adjective in there too ;)
Author's Response: I know! I think us human girls would die somewhere along the way...like Edward said, too bad he didn't think to try it with one just to satisfy his curiosity. hehe But what a way to go!
Hee, yes it would be like him to throw an extra word in with the 3 that everyone is waiting for. We're getting there. I have a few more things to do before he lets her know how he truly feels but he's showing it in little ways now and even some big ones as you'll see when I post the outtake. :)

I think Edward's going to find himself on an animal blood diet before he even realises it actually happened - Bella's using the strongest motivation there is, herself ;)
I think I let out a groan of frustration at the hunter showing up at the end there... so close to Edward being the one to say the L word first!!
Author's Response: Haha Could be. You know she's going to find a way to get him to sample every time she hunts. And you know he's going with her because each time she hunts he gets laid now, so yeah. Sounds like good incentive to me.
Yes, he got love blocked this time but he's not quite ready to say it yet. Getting close though!

alright Bella and Edward!!!!!
Wow that was so great when it finally came down to it, really got the tension up as the chapter progressed.
It's really hard to choose which character's flip-out I liked most - Bella's over the "fake marriage" thing, or Edward's when he ranted about all the failed attempts to propose romantically :) Author's Response: Haha glad you liked it! I had a complete blast with this chapter. There was no way they could have a normal proposal and wedding. I felt this suited them to a T.

ahh geez... it's kinda hard to read through tears of laughter... I think that about says it all :)
Although, the thought of Joss being Turned rather than eaten conjures up images of getting season 6 of Angel, or 2 of Firefly or 3 of Dollhouse or whatever else he comes up with. Because who's going to turn him down? :) Author's Response: Heh, there you go, turn Joss into a vamp and he can do anything he wants. Somehow I don't think the V's would be in favor of that. Though, perhaps Aro would consider him a lovely gift for Bella. heheh

I was nervous about Bella's ultimate reaction to what Edward had done, but I don't know why... it's not like she would've split (for long at least) :)
Whilst Edward's revenge was dark, Eric and Tyler's little "moment" with their thoughts added in, may have lead to me having a bit of a dark chuckle irl hehe
The meeting with Charlie was nice, if only for Edward's responses... "sir" lol
I can almost see him developing a much healthier relationship with Charlie over time than he did with his own father all those years ago... another part of the Bella-inspired humanising therapy of himself :)
Author's Response: Hehe I was giggling away as I typed that, so I'm a lot worse than you are I thiink! hehe No, Bella wasn't about to leave him. She's embraced his darkness and a little part of her enjoyed the boys getting their comuppance!
I think Charlie and Edward will have a good relationship while they can. What father wouldn't want his daughter to be adored the way his is :)

I was a little confused about the Cullens' removing all trace of Bella from the crash. Though I guess it does at least leave the way open for her to return without having to hide.
Very much looking forward to when she wakes up and (hopefully) gets a chance to tell Edward it's ok and that she appreciates his words and presence through her Change :) Author's Response: Thank you for reviewing.
It isn't so much about her being able to return (that discussion came after the act of clearing) as much as it about not giving them a trail to follow. If her car was there, and there was no body, there would either be evidence of foul play, OR she'd be taken off by a bear or something.
THey decided to wipe her out completely, so there wouldn't be any evidence to follow. They will obviously still be missing her, and looking for her, but they won't have anywhere spoecific too look.
Hope that clears that up for you!
