Mid-30s guy with an addiction for fan fiction presently, and a slew of unfinished writing in my file cabinet and computer that I never seem to manage to complete full stories. Plots and bits and pieces, sure, but start-to-finish stories still elude me.
Aside from that I'm always over-thinking things, have a science background but love my fiction books... and I guess I'm a twi-guy being here as much as I am lately :S (I own the series and The Host as well). Also a fan of David Eddings and Clive Cussler.
Just starting an Education degree that'll eventually send me out to Middle and Secondary schools to teach math and science (mostly biology, probably).
Oh and my friends just gave me an Edward doll from the Barbie range (he sparkles! lol they didn't realise it at the time either) My Twi-diction is kind of a running joke for them, but their nice enough about it :)

Summary: Addictions are never easy to cope with and Bella is all too familiar with their destructive power as she struggles with the nightmares from her past. It isn't until the Cullens arrive in Forks that Bella realizes if she doesn't get out now, her addictions will stick with her for life.

Title: Chapter 18: 4AM Forever
Good to see Bella raise the question of what a "mate" is in vampire terms, looking forward to Edward's explaination hehe
I think Alice having the talk with Bella about her cutting was perfect really, even with the close call. it was a dramatic change to see perky Alice really show her vamp side and bring the point home to Bella that its time to find the will & way to stop.

Summary:
A timeline is just an illusion because time doesn't always run in a straight line. In a moment of monumental change time can fracture and jump. When that happens nothing is ever predictable, or stable, again.
Sarelle is a normal nine year old girl in 1910. Until one night her world plunges into the unknown and she becomes an involuntary time traveller.
She has no control over where she goes or when she leaves.

argh ohh I was looking forward to Edward and Sarelle getting to their more meaningful discussion, but I guess it's too soon for that just yet :(
It was good that they had SOME talk though... and it seems Edward either could read Sarelle's mind, and was confused by the disjointed memories that wouldn't make sense to him coming from a young girl... or he wasn't getting a clean read in the first place?

Title: Chapter 12: Chapter 11 - Wanting to fly and ignoring the fall
hmm I'm kind of hoping that Sarelle doesn't spend too much more time around Casey - she's more dangerous than any of the creatures she's come across so far. Able to destroy a person's "self".
Renee's usually quite perceptive amongst her flightiness so it'll be interesting to see how she handles the truth of Sarelle's story, and perhaps how it impacts her future decisions around Bella. I really like that, because that's pretty much what I was trying to get across. Sarelle's been fairly lucky so far, meeting nice people who have helped and looked after her. The only bad things that have happened to her have been either Ashton related or vampire related (if you miss out the whole parents death thing) so I kind of wanted to show that not everyone in the world is nice, and that there are some who are a threat in disguise.
Anyway, that's my ramblings :P
Renee will actually turn out to be quite an important part in this story, or at least in my mind she fulfills a certain role. All will be revealed...at some point :)

wow I was getting nervous Sarelle was goung to get caught out with Casey there, and there's still a chance I guess, but hopefully that's not what happens.
Bella's so cute - comforting others even before she's fully aware that's what she's doing. I wonder what Sarelle will do before she "jumps" next? perhaps have a talk to Chris & have a happy day?

hrm... I think I'm confused which way things are going to go for Sarelle now, I mean, obviously she's going back to Carlisle and Edward when she's older and they're younger... but I'm honestly not sure how I feel about their relationships, or how they appear to be right now. We'll see... time travel's a lovely convoluted thing where you literally don't know if you're coming or going sometimes hehe
However, it's good that Sarelle's had SOMETHING of a good time this trip :)

err whoa... that was even more graphic than I expected even with the warning :P but now I'm hugely curious just whom Sarelle's lept into the arms of! And I'm wondering about Rose and Sarelle's interactions when they (hopefully/eventually) reconnect?
Author's Response: I hope it wasn't too graphic. I thought it best to put a warning but I wasn't sure how much of a warning. I guess I was just so used to reading it over that it had lost its shock factor.

hmm mixed feelings about Sarelle's progress there, but I think the rest of her healing from the event will probably not happen until she crosses paths with Rosalie again... we'll see.
I wonder what forrest she's in right now though? Author's Response: Yeah her attitude to it all probably isn't a healthy one, but maybe it can be put down to the fact she's in shock and just doesn't want to deal with it.
Forest wise...I couldn't give you the name of it but I can say that she hasn't been there before.

oh wow! OK so "something" will be different about Edward and Bella in this story, but I'm not sure which way I want to see things going, myself, just now :)

Really looking forward to Angela waking up, I get the feeling her friendship with Bella, and the connection of both of them to Jacob, is going to help smothing any ruffled fur or bruised egos as the alliance grows :) Author's Response: We shall see as the story goes on what Vic and James are really up to. It seems easier for the pack to work with the Cullens when there is another enemy to fight. ahh loved Sandra's reaction to Laurent's revelations, but I think I'm really looking forward to Bella and Edward's discussion coming up??? Is "discussion" even the right word? And is it wrong of me to be enjoying the thought of Bella telling the big bad vampire his "place"? ;)
Author's Response: ROFL, Bella is saucy in my story--she'll never let anyone, including Edward, get away with telling her what to do. Although, she isn't silly about things--she knows when she needs help and when to admit she's wrong.
