ahahaah so even though Bella KNOWS what the Cullens are... she's still more able to think Edward's hating her rather than just being REALLY HUNGRY for her!

hmm interesting that Bella seems to block/protect everyone else already with her shielding too... another thing that's likely driving poor Edward crazy hehe :)

I'm actually looking forward to them messing with each other a bit more... and Alice and Bella messing with Emmett was hilarious :)

As for the chapter itself, it's always kind of scary to see Alice uncertain and worrying about things. It's just not her style; it's especially scary when it concerns the Volturi and Aro's paranoia at Carlisle's intentions :S

whew some hot'n'heavy action there for Jasper & Bella finally - though I'm wondering if Alice is expecting her reward on her return as well? hehe

Oh and very odd that Bella's apparently still a secret as far as the Volturi go... perhaps their observers are far enough back they're not noticing the heartbeat and only picking up the scent... but then would it be overlapping with A&J's enough to make others think there's a 3rd vamp? (doesn't really make sense in my own head - still too fuzzy to pick the details out :P)

Sounds like Jasper & Edward are going to be "throwing down" a fair few times in the process of trying to sort out their feelings for Bella - though I hope they don't waste too much time thinking they know best without talking to Bella.

hehe Bella's worried about the family this much, and she's not even learned about the Volturi yet :P

hmm I'm almost surprised that Bella actually allowed Edward to leave at the end there... I was thinking she'd grab hold of his shirt or something to communicate that he could stay :)
