Edward and Bella are recently engaged - happily too. There's just one problem. Edward wants to wait for the wedding, with no substitutes for sex in the meantime. So what does Bella do? Forms the MESS Plan, of course!

“This is your wedding, Bella, and it shouldn’t be something you have to merely tolerate.  I want you to want this for you, not because you feel that you owe it to me, Alice or anyone else for that matter!”

Edward grows concerned about Bella in the weeks leading up to their wedding day, as he sees how uncomfortable she is with the idea of a big wedding.  He wants Bella as his wife, but not at the risk of her sanity!  He begins to wonder if there is another option?

Bella is struggling with more than just the thoughts of a fancy wedding; the mere idea of marriage is causing her to stress...

"Nothing about my relationship with Edward was conventional, and I found it hard to reconcile our extraordinary bond with something as staid and traditional as marriage.  I had to tell him though... I cleared my throat, and then stared at the ceiling, unable to meet Edward’s gaze as I spoke the words that would undoubtedly break his heart.  “Maybe I do have some misgivings,” I mumbled, so low and so quickly that it would have been unintelligible to anyone not equipped with supernatural hearing skills."
