um... wow... Thank you! I finally fill fullfilled with these charactors & it has helped so much with me and my hubby between the sheets! He doesn't know what hit him.
Summary: What if Edward kept his promise and Bella never heard from the Cullens again? Jacob was more than willing to console her, but would she have the sense to let him?

When I started MS (ages ago - I'm an *old timer* at this now) there were very few JxB fics, and none addressed what I really wanted: Bella growing up and out of herself. It made no sense to me that a person would refuse to move on - ever - or that Jake would be so in love with the whiner she was usually portrayed to be. So, I had to write my own fic and, as you can see, sorta didn't stop.
The ending was in my head from the very beginning. A long-gone first love should be just that...<><3

I simply had to explore how things would have gone if just a couple of things had gone differently in the Saga. Never could justify the idea of someone completely refusing to heal - especially not with such an inspiring reason as Jacob Black!

Author's Response: :D Even someone as easy going as Jake has somehting to feel uncomfortable about & we KNOW how Bella is...This kind of encounter so rapidly surges out of control - I could hardly type fast enough to keep up with what they were saying to each other! <><3
Summary: 
Bella takes a vacation to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina to meet Alice's new boyfriend, Jasper. Rosalie and Emmett come along, too, just in case Bella didn't feel like enough of a fifth wheel. With Jasper's roommate out of town, Bella has his nice big bed all to herself. Until Edward comes home in the middle of the night...

Author's Response: Billy is so special for Jacob. And it was Chritsmas after all. I'm almost certain Billy is the only person other than Jake or the doctor to ever touch Bella's belly. When you don't like it, well you don't like it :p
