ok so here is my theory Tanya is the one that organized izzy to be drugged with something that stops your heart temporarily - then they take some dead bodies from her hospital as well as others to make it not look to sus. she has izzy and turned her that is what the hiss and breakage was when edward was on the phone with tanya while he was near the tree....it is not upset because she is still alive.....well alive being a loose term. couldn't tell the others so they would grieve as they should at her funeral.....i guess atleast now her parents get to grieve her lost life and not being tormented by her missing :)
