Long time writer of Harry Potter Fanfiction, my daughter finally won her battle in making me read Twilight, and quite rightly fell in love. Numerous plot bunnies are rapidly procreating, and hopefully will bloom brilliantly in story form. Have in the past been called (in the best way possible) a nazi beta. Reading/English teacher by trade, so I come by it honestly. Don't have a team.(I'm selfish, dunno why she can't just have both!) That being said, i like AU couples, Jasper and Carlisle being favorites! Any other questions will have to be asked before I answer. Oh, and yes, I have a yahoo group where I post announcements of new stories (original, HP and Twilight Fanfic--obviously, they're all housed at different places!) http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DryadStories/
Also, actively seeking a beta. The more anal, the better, and I admit to really appreciating a fast turnover. Don't need grammar as much as consistency, and sounding board (though, I really do go overboard with commas!) My current betas are only in the HP fandom, so what I'm doing now is a loss to them.
