Summary:
The dim memories of being pregnant shook me to the core, and before I knew it, I was snarling at him. The sounds flowing from me were animalistic, feral, and very frightening. I was like a vicious dog, a screaming cat, engaging another of my kind in a brilliant display of nature.
The only sounds in the meadow were the wind and the leaves tossing back and forth; the animals, sensing the coming violence, had fallen silent and retreated further into the woods. Even the sunlight, which had been shining brightly in La Push, had become muted by the sudden appearance of cloud cover. Nature was cowering in anticipation of what was about to happen.
In an act of desperation, Edward conspires with Carlisle and the pack, to save Bella's life. The plan is simple: The wolves provide a distraction so Edward can drug Bella without the interference of his family. The plan is put into action, and, when it's all over, the only thing that remains is an unquenchable desire for revenge.

Renee accepted a job in her hometown of Chicago as a hair stylist, uprooting Bella and changing her life forever.
When the ungraceful and awkward Bella arrives in Chicago she meets Edward Masen. Edward is the son of a lawyer and is moderately wealthy. Bella is smitten with him immediately but knows he is out of her reach. Something about her attracts him in an unusual way and their love blooms overnight. Although their relationship is fickle at first, Bella realizes how much she truly loves him and dreams of marrying him. In May of 1918 Bella’s life takes an unexpected turn when her mother decides it’s time to move, again. This time to Boston. Bella does not want to leave Edward. She plans to move back to Chicago in September of that same year when she turns 18.
Bella and Edward communicate through letters until Bella’s last letter never receives a response. She fears that Edward has enlisted in the army as World War I is raging. She has no money and no job and unless she can enroll back into school, she has no education. She’s helpless and alone. Not sure of where she should go next she searches the local hospitals. Finding some important information at St. Joseph’s Hospital will change Bella’s life forever.

Honestly, this is the best fanfic I've ever read - and believe me, I read many fic's so far!;) Can't express how much I like it!
The storyline is in my opinion better one than the original one! Your Bella is more mature and likeable. She was able to reflect her actions and saw her flaws. (Hope I explained it right.. English isn't my first language). And your Edward isn't so dominant and pushy in your story!

Hmm, they probably should have talked a bit more, you're right. Knowing Rob and Gemmas as we do though, this was always going to happen. They're too good at forgiving each other and getting carried away in other ways! :)
Drama in the next chapter? Hmmm, you'll just have to wait and see! ;)
As for KStew making an appearance in this story? She doesn't really, no! The closest she came was way back when she called Rob and left a voicemail message about catching up for sushi, remember? Rob and Gem had a big talk about it then. Really, it was a decision I made to not include her too much. Because in real life? I think Rob and Kristen are very much together and happy. I actually really like her and I didn't want this to become another story about how nasty Kristen is - there's plenty of those around! So to answer your question... no. Kristen won't be popping up again, sorry!

I love this chapter so much - you're genius :):)
Rob's email is so sweet, amazing .. honestly, I'm lost for words. I don't know why, I don't cry easily but I nearly cried. Rob's email is so touching. Unfortunately a guy like your fiction Rob can't be real. *sniff*
Now let's talk about Dan with the dimples :D A certain line caught my eyes:
"I looked at Dan then. He was studying his pasta dish a little too closely."
Maybe I'm reading to much into it or maybe I have a strange way of thinking but .. I have a feeling that Dan still likes Gemma. I mean he has more than just platonic feelings for her but I doubt he is aware of it. Or maybe he is .. I don't know. *confused* lol And then he suggested she shouldn't forgive Rob. Quite possible that there is more to it than meets the eye.
Besides, I think that Sarah is kind of interested in Bobby and I have the feeling they have some history? Maybe a one night stand? I kinda doubt that the "relationship" between Sarah and Dan will last. I hope you aren't mad at me because I think this way ;)

Aww, I'm so glad you enjoyed the chapter. Rob's email was lovely, wasn't it? Clearly he'd put a lot of thought into every perfect word and really wanted Gemma to know how he feels about her. Things finally seemed to click with her after she read his email - she finally seems to understand again how much he loves her.
Gah, Daniel with the dimples! Let me put your mind at ease... No, he doesn't have more than just platonic feelings for Gemma. He might have once, but he and Sarah are actually very happy! I think Dan has more of a 'protective big brother' vibe going with Gemma. He saw how devastated she was when Rob cheated on her, and he doesn't want her to get hurt again. But also, there's always been a bit of a competitive tension going on between Dan and Rob, so his comments could have been about that, too. Hmm!
Sarah and Bobby has always been a bit of a mystery. We know they shared a room right back in the beginning, but never found out details about what happened. After the next chapter, you might be able to decide for yourself! But don't worry, Dan and Sarah are good. And I'm certainly not mad at your for thinking that, I love your theories! :)

Hmm, they will get there eventually, but I always wrote this story to be more about their relationship as people, and all the good and bad that comes with that, rather than Robert Pattinson, the 'superstar'. That comes into it too of course, and they will get there eventually. For now, my lips are sealed! :)
