I'm think Rob is going to give Tom a run for his money (once he gets his hand fixed of course), and I don't think Tom will give in easily especially now he knows abouts Rob's feelings toward Nadja. It has just made him more determined.
Can't wait to read about what happens when Nadja sees Rob??!!

I'm glad that Bella wanted Charlie to catch them kissing. I think he needs to relax a bit, but I guess he is just being protective of her.

Your exactly right. Charlie does need to relax but he knows he is going to lose Bella. He doesn't understand it exactly but as with Bella he is very perceptive and something is telling him he's going to lose her.

Glad you did post another chapter up though. Why on earth would Charlie tell Bella about the Seattle trip, he could have kept it as a surprise for her?? I know he's not happy about losing his daughter any time soon, but,... jeez!!!!
I think they definately need a lot more practising (more to come??). It will be a difficult time for them both(E & B) I'd say, more so for Edward when Jasper begins to" help" him. Can't wait for that,..... really, I can't.....
Well I shall patiently wait for the next chapter you post as I would like to know "what little trip???"

Chalie wants Bella to go into this with her eyes wide open. He is still afraid Edward is going to leave you again and she will be even more devistated than she was before. Knowing she hates surprises and that Edward is going against her wishes, hewants to show her that Edward isn't perfect. He really does mean well in a protective, fatherly way.
They really do need a lot more practicing and there will be lots more to come, especially for Edward. The Jasper and Edward chapters will be very difficult for both Edward and Jasper. Keep in mind that not only can Jasper sense emotions, he feels them right too.

Ooohhh...okay so Edward is totally focusing on his relationship with Bella and does not appear to be doing too well, what is he doing wrong.....god Edward.............just relax.
I really feel for Jasper at this time, cause he really is finding it very hard also. Not too sure if I would like to be in his shoes while him & Edward are "dealing with the feeling!!!"
I loved this chapter as well.........Hurry......I need more of "my little fix" Author's Response: Your right he does need to relax a bit but this is Edward we are talking about. Plus...being with Bella does relax him. He takes such comfort in little things like her heartbeat and they center him. With Jasper he doesn't have that, just the memory.
Yes, poor Jasper. This isn't easy for him either. And I know I definatly would NOT want to be in his shoes. This first night was intense for both of them and they've just started. As Edward pointed out, he hasn't even thought, beyond the vague, about actually having sex with Bella.

Author's Response: Yes it is going to be a long process with Jasper and your right Edward needs to relax. He needs to relax and trust himself. This is Edward we are talking about though so...
He's upset b/c the question she asked hadn't crossed his mind. It was a potiential problem with them having sex that he missed and he is kicking himself for it. Here he has been worrying about holding her too hard or being overcome with bloodlust in the moment and he hadn't considered that if they did get as far as their joining that what ejaculated from his body could harm her.

I thought the conversation that Edward & Bella had,regarding the conversation Bella had with Carlisle was extremley good.. We tend to forget just how much Bella has to try to make everything work out okay for them both too.
I loved how Alice tried to bribe Edward to tell her what happened the previous night.
Bring on Jasper's guidance The wedding is soooo close!! Author's Response: Bella does work very hard to make their relationship work. She's very sensitive to his moods and reactions. She can pick up on things other humans can't.

Edward is always the gentleman isn't he......he's just wonderful! I just love the way he battles himself time and time again for the sake of his "love". It's just so beautiful to read.
I do think that Bella should have been told about the scent.....but would it have been more acceptable coming from Edward? Umm...not too sure... best friend or her beloved? How is he going to make this better for Bella?

Well, don't really know what planet I'm on at the moment but I have totally missed this chapter!!
It was a very emotional one for all of them (Bella, Chris & Edward). Very happy that Josh now knows, so there is no hiding anything(well most things!)
"He saw my son as an extension of me, and he was desperate for a place in his heart as well." That statement was just so "from the heart"
Another part I thoroughly enjoyed was when Edward asked Chris for his permission to be around both Chris & Mommy and Chris's response was "I don't want you to leave."
Unbelievably tender chapter. Now off to read the next one!!

I quite like this story, yes, it certainly has it's dark side and does touch some sexual abuse issues (only in ome chapter) but you have done the correct thing and warned people before they start to read the story. It was their choice if they read it or not!
I am not offended at all in any way, as you have written it very carefully and tastefully.

Author's Response: i agree - i'va always felt that if push came to shove, he'd be able to master his thirst for Bella in a nanosecond. it always bugged me in the books that even after the ballet studio, he was still afraid of biting her and not being able to stop....

What a very sad chapter. As you have beautifully written....no, there is not alot anyone can do in this sad situation for Bella, but just be there and Edward is truly doing this.
They truly need each other now more than ever.

Author's Response: thank you - yes, not much he can do, as i told another reviewer, besides asking carlise to sedate her into a stupor, and B would never want that. i'm glad you appreciate how he's supporting her. he's losing the pregnancy too, and grieving with her.
