"Open Up Next to You" by LJ Summers. The author's reputation alone is enough of a reason to read it, but it also happens to be a wonderful story. I think my favorite quote ever from a fanfic piece is in this one. Complete.
"Trip of a Lifetime" by samekraemer. The stars at night... are big and bright... *clap clap clap clap* deep in the heart of Texas! AU-Human, canon couples, plot twists to rival "Dallas," and lemony goodness. Complete.
"The Difference Between Love and Obligation" by GreatEscape. AU-Human, mostly (and eventually) canon couples. Emotionally charged and realistic. You must read this one if you're an AU-Human fan. Complete.
"Cauchemar Vivant" by Lunar Siren. AU. A very intricate vamp-involved storyline that's not for the faint of heart. Badassery abounds. Hope it comes back from hiatus.
"Mary Alice, Full of Grace" by MissManda. Pre-Twilight AU. Love, love, love. Be forewarned that there is violence within, for those who are sensitive to such. In progress.

Will meeting Edward Cullen help or hinder her progression through life? Have they met before, though? Will he still want her after he knows all her family's secrets?
Rated for language, brief mention of drug use in later chapters, possible lemons in later chapters (i'm working up the courage!), and mention of alternate lifestyles and a slash paring (nothing kinky, promise! Title: Chapter 36: Chapter 36 Forced To Do My Job Pt Two
Really good chapter. Sad and glad that Edward came to that particular decision- no more part in the madness. Jacob, however, needs to get a grip. Territorial with the males is one thing, the imprints is another. She's being less than reasonable, yes, but instead of trying to calm things down, he's made them so much worse. Disrespecting the Alpha, my @$$. Author's Response: Thanks, I'm glad you liked the chapter. Edward should never have let it come to this in the first place. It was good that he decided to get his death over with. Yes, Jacob has taken his Alpha dominence to a new level. I'm sure Bella will put him in his place when the time comes.

Title: Chapter 38: Chapter 38 Crossroads Part Two
Interesting. Not sure how I feel about this chapter's progression. It's good, it's just not what I was expecting, I think. I guess the ending feels more like diversion sex between Bella and Jake rather than attempting to actually resolve the situation. I'm glad that Jake's wolf finally realized that in his attempt to dominate his imprint into submission, he went too far. And the images that he got that let him understand the depth of her sacrifices of late was sorely needed for his stubborn butt.

Title: Chapter 35: Chapter 35 Forced To Do My Job Part One
I'm actually disappointed with Renee' for implicating Jacob in her letter. I don't blame Bella for being angry under those circumstances, but I hope she calms down long enough to hear the whole story before it's too late. For all we know, Renee' may have just provided Bella with a reason to go to Chase... which isn't a good thing.
Waitin' on pins and needles for the next installment... Author's Response: I'm sure Renee had her reasons for bringing up Jacob's name. Every action has a reaction. Let's just hope Bella's reaction will be for the good.

Title: Chapter 41: Chapter 41 Should Have Stayed Dead Part Two
I understand the concept of authority in times of war, but I'm with Jake in this chapter. All the Dominate Bella discussion and The Wolf Is In Control doesn't feel right. I'm not sure it's entirely because Stephenie Meyer allows Bella to let everyone repeatedly roll over her like a convoy of semis- it just doesn't feel good in general. The story's still interesting and you've obviously thought out all of your logic well, so I'm staying the course to see where we end up.
Kinda liking Bella as a slayer, though. I was hoping she'd get to keep her abilities. Author's Response: Thanks for hanging in there. You will find out the outcome in the next chapter.

Title: Chapter 29: Chapt 26 - Coming Out of the Dark
New reader checking in. You write well, and things are kept interesting, but wow, there is sooo much drama. Every direction everyone turns, there is something else. Lies, deceit, questions, suspicions. It's so chaotic, even in the chapters where it looks like there will be "down time." If that's what you were shooting for, I think you've succeeded, but sometimes it's just too much. I won't give up on this fic yet, but a previous reviewer is right... This fic isn't about the "delicate dance of marriage" anymore, it's a soap opera worthy of ABC. It's still pretty interesting, but I think you might need to circle the wagons and re-focus. Thank you for the update.
