The sun disappeared behind the horizon and I wondered fleetingly, as I gazed into my fiancés face, if this was the last time I saw the sunlight sparkle on his skin. I kept looking into his eyes, trying to memorize the loving look he gave me, until I could hear the growls in the distance.

I offered him one last smile, before I let go of his hand and turned my full attention to the danger ahead. I tightened the grip on my weapon. It almost vibrated in my hands.

Set during New Moon, crossover with the film 30 Days of Night. When Bella travels to Barrow, Alaska to attend her cousin's wedding, she unwittingly steps into one of the most dangerous situations of her life. This story will extend well beyond the traditional 30 Days of Night storyline to include how the ramifications of what happens in Barrow affect Bella's relationships with all of the Cullens.

Bella was kidnapped by James & Laurent. Once she escapes, she switches to a school near Forks to protect her family. There she meets 7 more vampires: the Cullens. What will Edward think of Bella's fear? What will Bella think of Edward's interest in her?

Edward thinks she's a typical, unknowing human. Bella think's he's a monster. She keeps trying to protect herself from him, but their paths continue to cross. How will he find out about her past, and how will she learn that not all vampires are bad?

I can't live without Edward.  Not now, not ever.  I've got a plan.  I'm just going to have to call in a few favors first.
