Let me set everyones mind at ease about the coupling in this story. It IS completely CANON. That means that no matter what I may make it look like between Bella and Marcus by the end of this fic Edward and Bella will be together again...well sort of. 

One of the key events that creates the epic nature of the Edward/Bella love story is the moment that Bella’s scent first hits Edward, and Edward somehow resists.

Edward's first encounter with Bella is 30,000 feet in the air on the way to Darthmouth.  With no means of escape will he be able to resist the temptation of her blood?  Or will he bring the whole plane down for a taste?
