Yay Edward's coming home!!!!!!!!!! Poor Esme & Carlisle having to tell Bella that Victoria tried to turn Charlie into a vampire, but ended up draining him!!!!!

Wow.
I can't hate you for killing Charlie.... Clearly, you know where you're taking thsi and so far it's WONDERFUL! I feel awful saying that in a review to the chapter he was killed in but..umm..it's completely true.
When I read what happened, my mouth literally dropped open. Goes without saying, though I will anyway : ), you're writing is amazing. I'm completely wrapped up in your story!

Ah, Charlie! That's so sad! Why did Victoria try to change him? So that he could kill Bella? If so, that's just sick! But yay, Edward's coming home! That's good, though I wonder where he plans to go now that Carlisle and Esme have moved. He obviously doesn't know about that. Hmmm... Can't wait for the next chapter!

OMG! That was an intense chapter! I feel so sorry for Bella, she's been through so much already. But now there's nothing stopping her from becoming a real part of the Cullen family, well except for Edward...
Hopefully she won't return to her catatonic state, but it will be hard. I'm so glad she has Carlisle and Esme, she is really going to need them now.
Great writing and I love the story! Sad that Charlie died, but I think you have a good reason. Update soon again please! :-)
Author's Response: Thanks so much for the kind review! Yep I did have my reasons, although Charlie is one of my favourite characters so I hated doing it! I think you will find that Bella is a bit stronger than we all give her credit for. She has realized alot in the time since the Cullens have returned in her life.

OMg sooooo good edward is coming home Bella is coming home and Charlie is dead and at the hand of a vamp no less. Holy crap update soon I can't wait. I thought for sure the email was going to tell Edward about Bella.

I expect all your readers will be able to empathize with Bella in the next chapter. Such a stallwart, if inarticulate, actions-not-words, loving man.
Edward's POV sounds as though he truly believes, orr wants to believe his own line: that vampires can be easily distracted. Methinks there's a surprise or two up ahead for Mr. Cullen. But first, lordie I hope that Esme and Carlisle can buffer this blow for Bella.

Nice perspective, though I don't feel as if the story progressed in this chapter. We did get further insight on Esme, and the lemon was unexpected...
Yes, I got the warning, I just didn't expect it to be C and E! (I can't read C/E lemons without wincing. It's too much like thinking of MY parents having sex. I'm glad they do and happy they enjoy themselves...I just don't want to watch, you know? lol)
Looking forward to seeing what happens next.

You've left me desperate for more! Thank you for showing Carlisle's and Esme's deep love and affection so beautifully. We see that too rarely in most stories. I love that you're delving into all three of the characters, revealing their thoughts and needs so evocatively.
I suspect the next chapter will take a sharp U-turn, and I look forward to seeing where you will take us.
