Good, and not dissapointing, but FRUSTRATING! I really really want to get to the part where Jane talks to the cullens. You have me in suspense.

Love your story. I like storys that have "unusual" characters as protagonists.
Its a nice chapter btw. I thought Jane would make 1st contact, but she is a firecracker and there would be no way the meeting would go without a fight.
I hope you update soon. Cant wait to read about the next meeting and how Jane will react to the news that the Cullens are in town.

I'm annoyed at Edward, I want to see inside his mind. I was waiting for Bella to reprimand him instead of Carlisle, but I guess her baby is on the line, that can cloud anyone's judgement. I'm still laughing that She was the one to send Nessie back with Jacob. 'But MOM!' hah

Edward is doing what he does best; which is overreact and blow things completely out of proportion. Bella is defiantly going to speak up soon.

So, let me start with the fact that, to me at least, your writing is in a constant state of improvement. And I mean every chapter is better written than the one before. That's exceptional and I really can't wait to see how well written the next chapters are.
Also, I'm loving the story and the characters are spot on, even Jane, who has very obviously transformed from the nearly feral girl we knew in Eclipse and BD.
All that being said, I want more! Seriously, have you considered longer chapters? I don't know how far ahead of your postings you've written already though and (thank goodness!) you update at a good clip. Because I'm really impatient for what happens when Carlisisle opens that door....

The chapters really are going to start getting longer. Right now I have finished writing up to chapter 12, and I promise, they are going to get longer.

NO, this chapter was so short! I know, I know, I hate when people say that about my chapters too since it takes just as much effort sometimes to write these short ones as the long ones. But I really like this story and I really want to know what is going to happen.
So Cain could sense the vampires? Is he just really observant since being with Jane or does he have some latent superpower like Bella did? I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
And Alpha Jake was hot. I'm just saying.

Cain is able to sense whenever he's being followed or about to be attacked. It's kind of like a cross between Edward's and Alice's ability.
