Ch-ch-ch-changes! As long as they stay together forever.... I'm perfectly happy with the ending ;)

So sad to see it all end. But so glad you got to tell us your story. You're amazing!

Love this story! I just can't believe it's going to be over already. I think a good song for the whole story would be reaper by 100 Monkeys because of Edward's monster side.

This was perfect.  I am sad that they have both lost some of Edward.  I dont want him to still feel inferior or like he is a burden to her.  He has suffered most of his 100 years.  I want him to have some pure bliss with her.

I love this story.  I adore Edward's internal musing.  He has gone through some hard emotional (and physical) times.  I am just happy that he Bella.  He knows he has her fovever and he knows that she wants him forever.

Maybe Bella will have some type of gift to help ease him?  This story is captivating.  It is brilliant and original.  I have thoroughly enjoyed it!

I have really enjoyed this story.....at times it made me laugh, and other times it made me a little sad.  I think you did a really good job with it...congratulations!  Looking forward to the epilogue.

I'm a little disapointed, if Edward is not going to be the Edward we are confident in, always being smarter, faster, and better than everyone.

It's kind of like he's mildly menatally handicapped, and thats hard to handle.

It makes me kind of not want Bella with him if he is not going to be right.

I love you're writing you know that, I have always given good reviews, but I wish something magical could happen to make him perfect again.

Please don't let us down!!!

Lori

P.S. I will still read your stories no matter how you end this, I think you are very talented. I hope you do write others.

Amazing chapter as always Savage! I can't believe this was the last full chapter of H&D, I'll miss it so much! The ending was just right; I can't wait to see what you'll choose to show us on the epilogue. Thank you for taking us on this amazing ride with you, it was truly phenomenal. ;)

Reviewer: khytruckle (Signed) · Date: August 23, 2010 10:23 AM · On: Consent and Change

I like the ending. I still feel sad for Edward, but too much HEA would not fit the story.

Good job!

Reviewer: scarlet (Signed) · Date: August 23, 2010 08:07 AM · On: Consent and Change

So sad this is almost over!

Reviewer: Twi_LucyUK (Signed) · Date: August 23, 2010 07:03 AM · On: Consent and Change

So sad its ending and alittle sad Edward's not back to be completely normal but I suppose he's a little more human now, not perfect.

So the epilogue will be Bella being changed? I'm interested to know whether Edward changing Bella into a vampire will change Edward, maybe? Or am I just hoping ;)

This is the one and only vamp fic I've read and I've loved it! Well done you!!! Looking forward to the epilogue even though it'll be a little sad :'(

Reviewer: jad27 (Signed) · Date: August 23, 2010 04:59 AM · On: Consent and Change

i am de-lurking to say that I really really like that he's not so perfect after all and yes she does still love him.  I think it's exactly HEA :)

Reviewer: macfaerie (Signed) · Date: August 23, 2010 02:16 AM · On: Consent and Change

Well, i think that you arent done. Not enough to only give us epi's and how many, i mean i read one fic that had almost as many epi's as it did chappy's. So. OF course you KNOW i've loved every letter of this fic, but i dont know that your done. However I am NOT the author you it's all you baby!!!! SO keep writing and I will read!

Reviewer: Lotte (Signed) · Date: August 22, 2010 08:17 PM · On: Consent and Change

Just the right kind of HEA for me. I like it that he's acceptably, but not completely, cured.
They love each other, and they are going to do what they both want the most...
Looking forward to reading the epilogue.
Thanks for taking us on this amazing jurney!

I SAID THIS BEFORE, BUT YOUR STORY IS BY FAR THE VERY BEST IVE READ.

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO OTHER THEN ITS VERY ADDICTING. THE STORY THAT IS... LOL..

I HAVE TO SAY THIS BEFORE I FINISH THE STORY, WITH EDWARDS HORNYNESS I THINK I JUST SWITCHED TO TEAM EDWARD... =P'''''

Reviewer: karene (Signed) · Date: August 22, 2010 09:49 AM · On: Consent and Change

..That's it?

*dissastisfied*

I still get the feeling that Bella is using Edward. Let's not forget she is partly to blame for this whole mess!

And now I am caught up
with one chapter to go... Say it ain't so...

Reviewer: Twilam (Signed) · Date: August 22, 2010 08:40 AM · On: Consent and Change

I can't tell you what I think cause I'm not completely sure

I realize that ending it perfectly would not have worked.. even though I hate to admit it and I'd probably have gone crazy if you did it would have been so perfect to end it with him running off to Italy where you originally intended for it to end.. it would have sucked to have an ending like that but it would have been so intense and just, ah, I don't know.. sometimes I like unhappy endings.. but this was great, I just hope the epilogue will bring some closure for me, cause right now I don't feel I have any :P

Reviewer: Audra Wild (Signed) · Date: August 22, 2010 08:07 AM · On: Consent and Change

I think it's a great ending. Not so 'perfect" as the real ending, Breaking Dawn was a bit too perfect for my tastes. Here they can have their HEA without it beeing unbearibly sweetened. I like it the way it is because it's realistic for the circumstances. For your story as you've written it, this is the best ending I could have imagined. Too many fan fiction writers make the endings disjointed from the story.

Great job, I can't wait to see the epilogue.

Poor Edward... He is so tormented by all of this! I love this story...

Reviewer: whitestripe (Signed) · Date: August 22, 2010 07:42 AM · On: Consent and Change

At first I was disapointed in the not quite HAE.  I like to think of Edward as whole.  But I see the point here.  Edward has done a lot of damage since the begining of this tale and for him to have a perfect HAE seems unfair.  I love how you played out this plot for your characters.

I am just sad only the epi is left.

Reviewer: snix (Signed) · Date: August 22, 2010 07:10 AM · On: Consent and Change

Not the perfect HEA, but the HEA that was perfect for this story!!

Not one of us, not even you my dear are perfect.  We all live with imperfections with ourselves and each other (my life I sound like Jerry Springer lol) we have strengths and weaknesses, *shrugs* so Edward can't do Math any more and forgets stuff, I think I'd cope with that, afterall he is Edward Freakin' Cullen. ;P

Loved your story hun, thanks for sharing with us.

It's so strange to think that this story is over. It will always stand alone from the pack. You managed to balance the dark tone with tenderness, sincerity and vulnerability in the characters that brought it so much light. I think I was expecting more drama coming up to the end. It feels a bit like you eased us into cold water. But that's not to diminish the fact that it end how it should have. I agree, Edward isn't perfect. And that shows growth on his part that he has accepted that about himself. I was LOLing at the protein shake btw;) I'll never be able to say that with a straight face again.

I also thought we would see more of a resolution between Bella and Charlie or Edward with Charlie (unless I forgetting) but I guess the wedding shows us that Charlie has come around a bit in his acceptance of B/E's relationship.

Can;t wait to see what Bella's new life will mean to Edward. Thank you SO MUCH for your story and your time. I will truly miss our clingy, thirsty Edward!!

I will be sad to see this story end, as I have really enjoyed it. I wasn't sure whether I liked an imperfect Edward, but as I thought about it more, it seemed right. In any relationship, you have to adapt to changes, maybe because of illness or trauma, and sometimes people lose abilities and function. My husband had a stroke last year and there are things about him that have changed, things he can no longer do. But one thing that hasn't changed is how much I love him.
