I'm so glad that his actions didn't result in him changing her yet or worst killing her. She is way too trusting of his nature. Yes he wouldn't hurt her on purpose but he can't even garantee that. Bella truley doesn't have any self preservation. Again another great chapter. I'm loving this story.

You know what I think? No you don't So i'll tell you. This protein thing is a bust. It won't help. It's designed for us (the reader) to trigure hope in our brains and make us excited about the Edward finally getting better. But it wont make him better, probably wont even work!
Something isn't adding up! Off of Bella's blood he was having flashes of memories of when he was human. Now his DNA has changed? hmm...
And Bella... I think she's a little too self sacrificing, and it's upsetting Edward. Alot. And we can't have that. loool.
Anyway, I really like this chapter. Especially the part where he nearly um.. lost control with her (don't want to seem like a perv....) Oooh and the holiday cheer! (whispers: but its the end of July) <--joke

Oooh what a fabulous chapter!
It hurts me to see ExB unhappy. But if the information that Carlisle found will cure Boobward I'm all for it. I just want ot see them togeter, preferably forever, and happy.
As for Charlie, I understand where he's coming from and while he doesn't have to like Bella's choices, he does have to respect them if he wants to have any type of relationship with her.

I am ridiculously happy right now- it's almost insane how attached I have become to these characters! If this is the solution we have all been anxiously awaiting, then you are simply brilliant. I never suspected something like this, but you have created an actual, plausible reason for hope, and I applaud you for thinking of it! Can't wait to see how it all ends in the next few chapters!

An FYI though. You can't really even see proteins, amino acids, or sections of DNA under a normal microscope, let alone identify them. You need more sophisticated chemical tests for this. Gels, functional tests, mass spectrometry, amino acid analysis, etc. It might take months of work to identify this protein. So, if you're going to go down this road in the story you should do a lot more research on how it's done.
Great work overall though, and hope to read more!
Author's Response: You are absolutely right, of course! But I'm not sure anyone really want to read about Carlisle preparing slides, mixing agar and messing around with such things in general. I think more smut would be preferred. ;) I'm going with artistic license/vampire speed for this one. ;) Thanks a lot for reviewing!

Aw, I felt so sorry for E&B in the beginning. So I'm really happy that this chapter ended on a hopeful note. I was SO proud of Bella for standing for Edward at the Cullen Xmas party. Carlisle is such a crack up, needing Edward's semen (lol). Aw, Edward is such an awsum bf for cajoling Bella to go see Charlie. Bella was hilarious, trading sex for a visit (lmao). Aw, poor Charlie. He's in such a tough spot & I don't blame him for disliking Edward. Yay for Carlisle for trying to cure our Edward. Can't wait for the next chapter...
Question: Will Bella become a vampire? I hope so!!!
P.S. I'm so sad that story is going to end soon. I love it so much & I'm really going to miss it so much. Really hope you'll write another Edward & Bella fanfic story.
