This was beautiful! I love this song too, and I always cry when I hear it, I guess I know now I cry when reading it too.

so i read this at about seven this morning and it was sad to read everyone so distraught. picturing jasper just break down with all that angst and sadness around him tore me up. when she started singing the lyrics, i got a tad bit emotional and a little teary because i'm pretty religious and i know what it's like to question everything about God. thanks for writing this. :)

:x mona

Author's Response:

Thank you. I get teary at the song too. That's why I just had to write this. I was always questioning Him, but lately He's been speaking to me so much, and I'm so grateful, I had to express it somehow. Thank you for reading!

wow, I love that song, and the story was intense, I think it was slightly awkward at 1st coming from Bella's point of view, because as a Mom, I projected/expected more intense emotions from her after Nessy was killed, But when she started singing the song, my heart just melted  :)

Author's Response:

Thank you. I think I was trying to get everything so perfect, I didn't try hard enough on those type of emotions. But I am not a mother, so I'm glad I got something right. ;)
