As I said, here I'm.
You know, I thought it best to reread the story, being that long and all. I'm puzzled with Aro. Last chapter, Jasper assumed that the difficult he and Jenks were having to dig something about Bella's family was Aro's doing. But, then, why tell all that to Carlisle in the first place? Bella hates him now. What is wrong with him? Aside he being... well, power hungry, corrupt and evil, I mean. :-/
"Please, Carlisle, I understand why you kept this from me until now. To be honest, I am probably better off finding out now. Emmett was right though, about what my reaction would have been. But it would have driven me crazy knowing that there were humans out there that I was related to… that I could not contact so that they would be safe. Author's Response: Thanks. It has been a long time since I have updated due to a horrible case of writers block. I sort of feel like I have backed myself into a corner, and there are few ways for me to get out of it. On a positive note, I graduate from college next week, so I will be able to get more writing done. Thanks for reading!

As far as fleshing out the thoughts behind the words, this is one of the stronger chapters.

Well, taking your story as a whole, I like it. It is faster paced than the original, but I'm all right with that. And I simply like the basic concept, swaping Bella's and Edward's places as vampire and human. Original!!
I just don't like much when you make your Bella simply retrace the original Edward's steps. She is Bella. It's ok if she makes things differently. In your favor, at least she is more confident than Edward was. In the meadow, Edward was too affraid to keep making out with her, originally, for example. :-)
And about the Wolves, I thought they would offer more resistance against the request about Edward. Being their hatred for vampires so deeply rooted and all. I thought they would want, at least, talk with the boy first.
By the way, did Edward and Bella already talk about him joining them? What will they do about his parents?
I also like the twist about Charlie. Now, instead of her father, he is her descendant! :-)
Why did Carlisle hold that information from her, about what Aro told him? What was he afraid of?
Speaking of which, at least it explains why your Bella seems more short-tempered. Frozen as a hormonal teenager mother, just after birth. Good idea. ;-)
Since it was after the Change, I suppose she remembers the havoc she played then. Her bill isn't as clean as I thougth. I suppose it explains the self-loathing. But I still think the soullessness stuff is crap. :-/
All things considered, I hope you really continue this story, Stef_! ;-)

I must say I wasn't expecting Bella to assume Edward's self-loathing attitude. Especially the soullessness crap! After all, her record is as clean as Carlisle's. :-/
Well, at least your Edward is neither clumsy nor shy. :-)
And you brought up a good question. How could Alice not see Bella before she arrived, in the original story? Seems akin to miss the fall of an asteroid, given the impact she had in their lives, specially Edward's. Never thought about that before. Good call! :-)

I can't quite figure out what is goning to happen. The story is going a little fast but other than that it's really good. Can't wait to see the rest. I didn't mind the wiat too much but I would love it if the next one was a little faster. :-D
