That went better than I dared hope for at this stage. It's nice to see Sam willing to talk things out and keeping his emotions in check.

I can imagine Bella will still be quite tense/emotional when she gets back to Edward and the others, and it'll be interesting to see if Edward can support her without getting angry at the Pack or Jacob etc for making Bella upset. Particularly since he did far worse only recently. The best thing he can do right now, is be right there for and with Bella - no more running off on his own agenda.

Hopefully Jake and Bella get a chance to work on their old friendship too.

This chapter made me cry.  I'm really glad you didn't have Bella make Edward suffer because he left her -- that you had her instinctively know that he did it to protect her.  And, I'm very glad you let her forgive him.

Now, you absolutely *can't* let anything happen to Edward (or Bella -- or any of the Cullens).  You can't let the Volturi kill him, or force him into their guard.  This story  *has* to end happily for Bella and Edward.  They've been through too much pain -- even if Edward could have avoided most everything by staying.

So, please let the elders agree for the wolves to help fight the Volturi, so they can be defeated.  It will break my heart if they don't, and the Volturi win.

Oh dear.. I made you cry?? I didn't think I had that in me..... I hope it wasn't sobbing tears or anything.... I had making people cry lol.....

And yes, considering this is an Edward/Bella story, Bella had to take him back.  And she does so quite happily I think.  She missed him- quite terribly... And now that they're together, they can really be together.  I will do my absolute best to not let anything happen to anybody special... However! No promises. ;)

I'm a little confused...are your vampires different?
I can't remember if you made an author's note about it.  To my knowledge, Twilight vampires don't have blood and Bella's body would have shattered the rock she hit.  Newborns are also stronger than older vampires.

Sorry, I loved the chapter, I'm just being a nitpicker.

Must be a nice feeling for Bella... When she was human, Edward never chose her because he wouldn't change her, and now that she's changed on her own, he doesn't choose her either, but she has to force herself on him for him to take her back...

I don't know how I missed an update, but when I saw this chapter, I checked to see where I was, and didn't remember reading the last chapter, so I must have missed an update.  I check every day, so it's a mystery.

This is going to be a short review, because it's really late, and I need to sleep, however, I wanted to let you know how much I loved this chapter.  I love that Victoria is now out of the way -- and that, while Jacob can't stand what Bella has become, he still saved her.  And I love that it was Edward that found Bella after she was hurt.  He must have gone looking for her when the Cullens got to Forks, and Bella wasn't there.  I'm sure that Carlisle would have told him that Bella asked for them to come.  And I love that, despite everything, the Cullen's -- and especially Edward -- came, even though they didn't know why.  Bella just had to ask.

One question.  Since Sam knew who changed Bella -- that it wasn't the Cullen's -- why didn't Jacob know?

I love that Edward responded to Bella's kiss, and hope this means that they are back together for good now.

I am hoping that the wolves will help fight the Volturi, and that none of the Cullens or the Denali coven, or the wolves get hurt or worse.  It makes me sick to my stomach that Irina went to Italy, and that now Edward's life is in jeopardy, but if they all survive intact, I won't kill her myself.  *g*

Thanks for another great chapter.  I look forward to reading more, and hopefully that won't be too long from now.  Thanks again.

OMG !! this story is amazing. i just found it today and read all 8 chapters in about 2 hours, it is an amazing story and i am so excited that the Cullens are coming back and Edward! so excited for the next chapter so please update soon !!
