I, for one, didn't like Eclipse at all! I know. People find it weird but I think it sucked BIG TIME!

Anyway. I'm relieved that Bella and Jake got to clear the whole Carmen situation right away. They can be so stubborn sometimes and they are so bad at communication. I can't wait to see what is going to happen!

Hey Mel! Yep, I had some serious issues with Eclipse as well, but I wasn't thrilled with Twilight or New Moon either. Some things in Eclipse I thought they did really well, while some stuff I hated. For me, TL was the real bright spot. I thought he was adorable, but maybe I'm a wee bit prejudiced. Nah, he was just too cute for words.

I'm glad you liked the pretty quick resolution to the Carmen issue. I don't mind them not understanding where the other is in the relationship, but I'm not going to let a stupid skeeze come between them. Remember to let me know about your new fic if you have the time, girlfriend. I really want to read it. :)

Great story.  I started reading late last night and couldn't turn it off until 3 am.  Then I read it again this morning.  I love that you made the wolves self sufficent and that you haven't even mentioned the vampires except in passing.  I sometime get sick of the perfect vampires.  I like relatable characters like our so not perfect wolves.

T, I am the exact same way. Once I really get into a story, I absolutely can't stop. I don't care if I have to prop my eyelids open with forks. Believe me, should the vampires choose to make a visit, they will be anything but perfect. ;p

Oooh la, la!  I think Bella was Hot!  She got Paul back two fold, nice job.  I love the though of her going after his crotch with a needle and thread, totally excellent!  I love that this story takes place when they are adults.  I adore the idea of the pack being models.  I think you could develop how it came to fruition if you cared to in the future?  Please don't get me wrong cuz I love this story as is, but I'm intrigued about the start of their careers.

Yeah, I'm really over the whole teen thing and just couldn't face writing a story where the main characters have curfews or something. Jesus. I could certainly develop the background and history of how they got into modeling, but there really would be no romantic or sexual interaction between Jake and Bella during that time, so I don't know how interesting it would be. I could write about him being in love with her, but she's pretty much oblivious to him as anything other than a friend. A gorgeous, sexy friend, but that's it. I hate her when she's being a dumbass about Jake, so I'm not too sure how that would go. I may have someone stab her in the eye or hit her over the head with a baseball bat just because she pisses me off. May be detrimental to the story. What do you think?

Best fanfic I've read in a long time.  I'm so glad you decided to write this and I can't wait to see what's next.

Of course Leah's advice is going to be most beneficial.  I think Sam is doing his best, he's just a nice guy too.  i'm sorry I did not pick the line out.  I have a hard time with that, picking one line or part.  I would have to spend a lot of time reading and re-reading.  I'm too excited to see how Italy goes to spend any more time here.  BTW love the panties, wish my buttocks looked like that--- i wouldn't need panties.

Hell, nobody else noticed my line either, so don't feel bad. It was, "God, I had to be desperate, coming to Sam for advice on my love life. He was just about as communicative as a Dungeness crab and his advice would probably be worse." Everytime I read that, I think of a little crab sitting on a rock giving Jake advice on his love life. It cracks me up. I also spent hours researching crabs in the area to find the name of one that sounded funny. *sigh* Oh, well. I loved it even if nobody else did. ;p

I only wish my ass looked like that model's in anything I wear. Jesus, she'd make a pair of overalls look like a million bucks!

Why do people hate Jake?  I think it's because he is unbelievably good and honest.  Many people hate that anyone could be that way.  I just gawk in awe that in the books she chooses the living dead Ed.  It sounds intriguing at first but after I've thought about it, I would not want to be immortal.  I am happy with living and all it entails-- good and bad.  I am good friends with the most prolific reviewer on this site hc4metal, she is crazed-- works 40 hrs + a week has two kids and busy husband.  She has a system and is an over achiever.  I pick and choose my stories.  Only a few Edward/Bella stories, i prefer Jacob/Bella.  I only follow a few stories and sometimes have to skim the previous chap. to catch up.  I've contemplated only starting finished stories.  I like this story, I'm glad you have the courage to share.

I'm so glad you gave my story a try even though it's not finished. I, too, used to only want to read finished stories because I'm so impatient to get to the end. But then I got a response back from a writer and discovered the joys of interacting with the author while the story is being written. I have to admit, even though I think I'm going to burst if I don't get another chapter, I love talking to the writer and watching while he or she develops the story and seeing how other readers react to it. Once the story is written, some of the life seems to drain out of it. At least that's my two cents. ;)
