First of all, I have been reading this story for awhile now and meant to leave you a longer review but never had the time. Hence, I have been leaving a few sentences now and then. 

I was hesitant to read this story at the beginning because rape in any form is the lowest act of a human being. Having said that, when I especially hear about children getting raped and by their own parents that makes me physically sick. Because children are the most innocent human beings and when they are the victims of such acts, it is absolutely horrendous.

Then again your portrayal and words were strong and I had to see how your Edward would cope. Bella will help him that is obvious because of her selfless nature, but he has a long way ahead. He is extremely lucky that he finally found such caring foster parents and a loving family, but as I said it will be hard.

Because his situation is multi-dimensional, I am curious to see Charlisle and Esme's take on it, like why did they adopt him, what was the state he was in when they made such a decision, how hard it is to have him as a part of their family, etc... I wonder how Carlisle feels as a father figure to Edward as Edward's real father was such a terrible figure and that's all he knew when he was growing up

As I said in my first review, it is a very though subject, but you have been tackling it fairly and I respect that.

I was hesitant to post it in the first place. I totally agree with you, rape and child abuse is horrible. But I want you to know that I take my writing, especially with such a delicate matter, very seriously. And I have every intention to make Edward heal from his abuse and give him a happy ending with someone who cares for him deeply. I also intend to let you see things from Carlisle's pov eventually, and maybe some other characters as well. That said, I wanna thank you for taking the time to let me know what you think. I'm so glad you decided to give my story a chance.

wow, very intense chapter. this is such a tough subject, I am sure it is very hard for Edward and it would be so hard for him to open up and talk about it. Bella will need to be very patient.
