Another phenomenal chapter. I'd love to see Edward & Emmett's relationship become less hostile. For all his smart ass comments, Emmett does seem to truly care about Edward.

I know Carlisle talks to Bella with only good intentions in mind, but I think Edward would feel belittled if he knew.

i really hope that there isn't going to be a situation where bella has to leave edward anytime soon...or anytime at all. especially one where he wouldn't realize that it wasn't her choice. there is enough angst in his life without dealing with that rejection too. i'm hoping this is a "healing" story b/c if edward starts to trust her and then charlie or anyone else makes her stay away from him then he wouldn't recover or trust her again. people in these situations don't ever FULLY believe or trust again once that trust has been shattered. it is taking him too much effort to trust her to begin with and that won't ever fully be the case if something were to happen; no matter what the reason really is, there will always be doubt.

it kinda hurts, the lack of faith in edward from every side, even carlisle's (when he warns bella).
bella is truly something, and to be honest, so is edward.
