*WHAT?!?* How in god's name can Em be such a jerk even if her was young. No wonder Edward lived in fear of getting sent back and sounds like he still does to an extent. I am however relieved that Emmett put the fear of God into Mike *little punk that he is*. Bella getting lunch for both of them is a start and hopefully will help Edward start opening up.

I feel for Edward, so used to being the bad guy, he accepts it. Still puzzled over what actually happened to Bella, kinda got Edward's situation figured out. This will be a long drawn out process with baby steps

Edward feeling worthless and unloveable, Alice being the rescuer and now Bella showing some strength and ability to defend herself, something's got to happen to get Emmett and Edward so some love for each other. Trying to guess what it is

I've decided that if I ever get in a fight, I want this Bella on my side. I adore that she doesn't back down and stands up for herself and Edward. She is truly incredible.

awesome chapter. i loved hearing emmetts side. even though we dont know what he said to mike, its pretty obvious he was defending edward. which i LOVE btw. the picnic outside for lunch is really cute and im glad things are going clowly. any faster and it wouldn't be believeable. thanks for the update! see ya next time!

p.s.: I wanted to review since I read the first few chapters but somehow never did - you know what brought me here: I watched Gilmore Girls and Luke said that he is a loner - that made me think about this story again and then the next moment Lorelai puts a box on the table (cookies or something) and it says "NILLA" on it - weird coincidence isn't it

Wonderful chapter. I was pretty worried when Edward first took off on Bell but I'm excited to see how the rest of their lunch goes. And I LOVED Bella telling Lauren &Jessica off I have mixed feelings about Emmett once again. I was pleased to see Jim stand up for Edward but also upset by what he said to him. But kids are cruel sometimes and they do damage without meaning to. Ioved the ch and can't wait for
more.
