Wow. What an amazing chapter. It wasn't exactly what I expected and my heart nearly stopped when I thought he was going to send her home. I'm so glad he didn't and that he reached out to her. It's like everyone has given up on him. I know hearing his whole story will be hard for her to hear but hopefully he'll get better once he tells.

YAYYYYY!!! Edward is finally letting someone in. Thank goodness that Bella felt strong enough to push Carlisle & Esme on the fact that she wanted Edward to tell her to leave. I'm sure by her staying she's proven in spades how much she wants to be there to support him no matter what.

This is so heartbreaking, and yet so beautiful and tender. Will Edward really tell Bella what happened to him? And if he does, how will she react? Will she be appalled, or will she stand by him as she promised?

thank you for letting him progress bit by bit - it doesn't feel too fast, but I'm glad hes not just permanently stuck. It feels like before Bella came along, that he was stuck and just in a cycle of self hatred and defeat. He deserves a break, so its lovely to see him gradually getting one. Love your story, thanks
