When I saw you'd updated, I actually shrieked OHMYGODOHMYGOD!!! out loud! I was very psyched, to say the least. :)

Edward is making big strides tonight!  and bless Bella for handing in there with him. No way could he just blurt out that James sexually abused him...I'm sure he needs to take baby steps until he trusts her more. Tell her he hit me, see if she stays. Tell her it was really bad, see if she stays.  Tell her some creepy stuff....of course she'll stay. 

It must have KILLED Carlisle to find Edward so badly beaten that he needed hospitalization. Effin James! >:<  That pig...instead of being shot, I wish some big bastard in jail had grabbed him and made him his bitch. Yeah, I know, creepy, but some people - pedophiles especially - deserve every wretched thing they get!! grrrr..shooting was too good for him, too fast.

So, Bella made him smile. :)  yeah Bella! yeah Edward! Yeah update!!!

This was a big conversation, but the physical abuse is not even half of Edward's trauma.  What will happen when Bella finds out or figures out there was sexual abuse as well?  It's really great that Edward is finally grasping on to the glimmer of hope that he's not bad and that it wasn't his fault and that he was only a kid and doing the best he could.

Aww. So sweet. Bella to the rescue again. When will Edward reveal his bigger and more painful experience to Bella? I hope it comes out on his terms, poor guy needs a break.

-heartfail- it's so awful how Edward has slways thought he was in the wrong and not James - it's trully horrific.
I'm glad Bella listened quietly etc. Hey and just wondering - Bella doesn't know Edward was sexually abused does she? does she only think he was beaten alot?
Oh and finally I LOVE when their are quotes from the book. It is fanfi toon so should tie in with the twilight books somehow. I actually get excited when I recognise a quote or 2 :D
