I don't think you have to worry, you did an excellent job with this chapter.  I'm glad Bella finally knows the truth, even though he didn't exactly tell her.  Hopefully she will be able to help him more now, and he can finally try and move on.  This should at least prove that she's not going anywhere.  Great work=)

OH MY GOOOOOOOODDDD!!!!!  I am so hooked on this story, it is so amazing!!!  It's heart wrenching and so sweet and I really like the way you are working Edward's issues.  I have read other stories dealing with similar abuse and it's always a grat turn off when they make it out so that suddenly the trauma of abuse just quickly dissapears as if it's really not a big deal, but you are working it slowly, making Bella help Edward overcome his issues step by step, and I think that's amazing.  Thank you so much for the update, I'll be (rather impatiently ;-P )awaiting the next update.  Thanks!!!

wow, talk about an intense date!

Wow!!  So, in a way, he did tell her.  Bella is so in tuned with him that it didn't take her long to put two and two together.   You didn't need to be nervous about this.  It was handled well and it was powerful, even without knowing what Bella was thinking.

I thought this chapter was perfect. Bella reacted exactly as I expected her to. Bravo.

Whew! That was incredibly emotional. I'm glad they're making some progress!

This was an absolute wonderful chapter. I am speachless. The emotions that Bella and Edward had...I have no words. I love this story and look forward to new chapters, keep up the great work.

I'm actually glad that Bella now knows exactly what happened to Edward. And I hope she can make him realize that none of it was ever his fault and that he isn't tainted and unclean, as he puts it. If he only lets her, she will be very good for him. And I also hope that they can build a relationship together and that Edward eventually will be able to battle his old ghosts and be able to lead a normal life. 

Another lovely chapter. I want more, as usual.

 

oh that poor lad the shame he feels, the guilt,  i can see how this was hard to write but emotionally its spot on tha anguish is so real,   now bella knows his darkest secret and she is not leaving she is hugging him he's so confused i hope  he just accepts that bella is there cause she wants to be and does not push her away, great stuff thanks tracy

I honestly don't know what you do and how you do it but the angst you write doesn't bother me at all while when reading other stuff I get annoyed. I guess I like your approach to it and how you write it. It seems natural while other stuff feels forced. I cant really describe it. I guess some people know how to write good angst and others dont. You certainly can :)
