Wow. Just wow. I loved the intereraction with Phil. Bella's reaction is coming straight from the heart - she misses her mom so much. Is Edward up to the challenge of being there for Bella when she needs him?

ok, is it bad of me that Ia m TOTALLY gushing that Edward can be the strong one and help Bella for a bit.  I think he needs that!

The way you portray edward reminds me of this new guy in my school its like a perfect description of how scary he is and stuff. I wonder if he would curse me out if i ran into him? ... mystery!

that last part was so cute. can't wait to see how edward helps bella. its a nice change to see him there for her now.

Awww Bella, that is just so heartbreaking. It must be very hard on her to lose the last link to her mother. I can just imagine how hard it is for Phil, but I can totally understand Bella's reaction to the news. Sigh...

I am floored that Edward is taking the initiative to take Bella's hand. I wonder if he realizes this must be about her Mom. I have to wonder and can't wait until the next update! I am so excited.

That's a first for Edward!  Now Bella needs to be consoled and Edward is providing that to her.  I can't wait for the next update. 

 

I'm glad we go to see some more about Bella's life that doesn't involve Edward... a little glimpse into how she's dealing with her mom's death. It was sad but I think it was good for us to see. Awwwwww Lonerward is so sweet at the end!! I love him! Can I borrow him and just keep him in my pocket forever and ever and ever?! hehe I figure there's a really good reason why he didn't answer her text last night. He really cares about her. =)

I loved the moment of them holding each other.  I also like the little glimpses of sexual tension between them.  I think that Edward's going to want to deal with his issues so that he can touch Bella that way...eventually.  Good job.

This chapter was exquisitely done.  Edward finally told her what had happened, without having to tell her in so many words.  If I were her, I'd hunt down James and kill him.  Or, I'd want to, anyway.  But Bella and Edward had to have the sex talk (such as it was) at some point, so I'm glad Tanya provoked it.  Very well done.

Awwwwww...very cool chapter!!!  I can see why she'd be upset, but I certainly think Phil is doing the right thing.  I'm so glad Edward is going to take care of Bella.  :)  Smilin' just thinking about the next chapter!
