Finally Edward was able to fight off a flashback (fyi I wanted to stab James even harder than ever over that one sentence flashback) and get something he wanted! :D I'm just so freaking excited!!!!

OMG!!! I'm trying to find words to describe the joy enduced by this chapter, but I can't. I'm so happy Edward and Bella have come to love and trust each other this much. They both have demons in their past that only the other one can help them overcome. Great chapter, can't wait for the next update!

Woohoo. I'm so glad Edward is willing to atleast try to be intimate with Bella, and I can very well imagine him to one day truly enjoy the act with someone he loves. Through all of his trauma, I'm surpisingly looking forward to his development and self-discovery of true sexual intimacy. He'll be in for a surprise. lol

I just loved that he was there for her when she was upset and needed him. Again, he surprised me by touching Bella and kissing her. I didn't expect it. I am very curious about what will happen next for them. (I realize I say that a lot.) But whenever I finish a chapter - I am eager for the next.

Beautiful. In this totally sad, screwed up story, their first kiss obviously not without drama, but perfect for them. You wrote it wonderfully. I ache for both of them. You are a wonderful writer and I am sooooo happy to have them both at this point. The way Edward has overcome so much and Bella's help in all of that. It would be nice if more people like the Bella you've created here truly existed, especially in this age group you're writing about. I truly love these two characters you've created. Excellent chapter.

Finally, poor guy. I've been wanting something to go right for him for so long. It's depressing to think that this shit actually happens to people and screws up their entire lives. Hopefully, this Edward will have a very happy ending.
