I am lucky in my life that I have never had any really traumatic events that shake or dramatically effect my world, but I never understand is why some people just don't talk about their problems, I have been to a therapist for stress stuff and was lucky that because I opened up, was honest and did what she recommended, I didn't need to go for very long.  I never understand why some people feel they need to close themselves off.  Sharing the burden is better than carrying it alone.

Great chapter - I'm no expert on therapy and psychology, and I understand that you aren't either, but I will say that the way you've written Dr. Weber and her methods does make sense to me and I like the approach (and, of course, I can certainly appreciate an author who comes right out and says they're doing it their way). 

Regarding what Edward said...I'm glad he's become so comfortable that he doesn't mind Bella knowing everything that goes on in his sessions, but part of me can't help but think that perhaps that won't always be the case...I got the feeling that maybe he'll discover, and an inopportune moment, that there ARE one or two things he'd rather keep from her.  Perhaps related to the morning after their little sleepover...?

Edward did well and he will be okay while Bella is gone he has to be!

I feel hopeful for Edward that he can get the help he needs with his new therapist. He is receptive to help and that is half the battle. Just hope these 3 days go by quickly and he comes out the other side OK.

He's gonna have a hard time without Bella especially when Victoria visits.

I think Bella's departure will be very hard on both of them. Hopefully everything will be alright, though.

poor edward. he doens't understand just how much progress he's made just by going to the session on his own...by making those first steps...he may want to be "better" for bella, but he said himself that he wants to be "normal". HE wants it...not bella, not esme and not carlise...i can't wait for the next update!!! you never fail to amaze me with your compassionate writing!
