I knew this Victoria meeting was going to be hard on him. Poor Edward, I want to hold him and make him strong through this and tell him it's the last meeting with her baby, it will be okay. I have to give Carlisle so much credit. He's stuck by and supported Edward through so much and never expected anything in return. Putting up with a lot of his emotional anxiety and never gave up on him even though Edward wouldn't let him in. It's nice to see Edward slowly able to talk to him a little bit at a time. This story just keeps getting better!

such an emotional chapter. It's interesting / sad / fascinating /  to hear about some of edwards past. i dont want to say 'good', because that would be awful when you think about what edward is remembering or dreaming about, but reading about edwards experiances helps us to understand him a little bit more.

i usually read this over on ff, but i caught it here today for a change!

I knew Victoria was evil.  It seems like she did everything she could to make Edward think that he might be yanked out of that home at any second.  How utterly upsetting for him.  She's sadistic.  His dream was weird.  Not sure what to think of it.

Aww... poor Edward... another amazing chapter, new revelations and the like. Awesome. You do a great job of giving us enough information to make things make sense but still leaving out enough that we can find out later details and other important stuff... keeps it interesting and makes it more real life. Thank you for the time and thought you've put into this, it really is amazing.

Poor Edward having to face to horrible woman every year. She sounds horrid and I hope Edward makes it ok. He has been thru so much in such a short time but at the same time he is learning so much. Two more days and then he and Bella can see each other, sigh...they are going to be so happy to finally see each other. I can only hope for the best when it comes to Victoria...I will anxiously await the outcome...
