Oh, good Lord!!!! No wonder Victoria was a total psycho and Edward didn't like her and how in the hell did she get that position, especially with Edward?!
Can't Edward get a break? Please tell me this is not going to set him back. He's made tremendous progress. He can't have a major setback now! I thought this was the last time with Victoria so it's okay, but I should have known better.
And Bella - I just love this girl. LOVE HER. I want her to kick ass and take absolutely no hostages. I want her to slash and burn. Then I want her to take her man and leave.

Oh god almighty honey, the adrenaline is running in spades after reading that chapter. I am beyond excited that Bella is on her way back...I knew she wouldn't let me down. I knew there was some reason why Victoria was so mean to Edward! I knew there had to be a connection with James! Well, sweetie, hate to tell you, but I think we all wish dearly that James had stayed with you. I have a feeling Esme must have thrown a snitfit or something with Social Services to keep them coming back so often to check on them. I was wondering why they kept coming every year, it seemed very unusual. I had written it off as being a judgment call by Victoria who wanted to prolong the visits because she's a sadist, but maybe not.
Does Jake have a tracking device on Bella's ass or something? Guy needs to GO.AWAY.

This is outrageous! So Victoria has, in essence, been emotionally raping Edward for all these years, and for something that is not his fault! Gosh, I'm just getting angrier by the minute thinking about how she's tortured him.

I am reviewing here because I haven't gotten an alert on FFN.
This was a tough chapter - we could tell that there was more to the Victoria story.
So now we are guessing that she was married to James before Elizabeth OR even more interesting could she possibly have been married to Edward's father? She does have red hair and Edward's hair is kind of red. We don't know much about Edward's father at all. That would be a reason for Victoria to hate Edward and to have found a way to torture him for all these years. Since she works for Social Services maybe she made sure there was the annual visit stipulation. I wonder if like in canon Esme attempted suicide after losing a child. That would make adoption difficult.
Can't wait for the answers and I am so glad the Bella will be home earlier so she can help get Edward through the aftermath of Victoria's visit and revelations.
