Wow that was a roller coaster ride. Fourteen years of history, they get together and find love although Jasper couldn't let Alice go. Edward finally gets his man and accepts him on any terms, I know that feeling, but I'm sorry I wouldn't have been as generous as Edward or you, I would have fought for him, I don't think I could have let him go a second time and still live. What about Jasper doesn't he get a say? I know, I know, I'm selfish, what can I say?

This was a fabulous story, I just wish the outcome for Edward had been better and I like to think that he found another special someone, lol.

take this in the best possible way - this chapter made me cry and feel physically sick to my stomach!! it was horrifying - I was in tears, thinking "what a waste! he cannot be happy with Alice long-term!!!!" and then, voila! it worked out! :)) I didn't really think it was gonna. Lol. Thanks. You know, I would too but she should have let him go in the first part, as soon as she found out about Edward and Jasper's feelings for each other. She was just waiting for Jazz to figure it out and leave her. Even if Edward had never walked out on the wedding, I'd like to think that she would not have gone through with it anyway.

Great story! I hated that the two of them split up so Jasper would stay with Alice, but I'm glad that in the long run Jasper came back to Edward. Keep up the good work!

This is not the ending I expected. I thought I would get a happily ever after but , no. I still think this was brillantly written and fantasstic read.

Can you please, please put a warning somewhere that indicates how fucking sad this story is? You just reduced me to tears when I was looking for something hot to get off with.

The dialogue at the end, between Edward and Alice, is absolute genius. You're a very talented writer when it comes to emotions. The sex scenes are good but they lack the emotional intensity of the other aspects. Not enough urgency in your words, I think. Otherwise a top oneshot that manages to skirt past the melodrama I thought would go hand in hand with the subject. Great backstory too, very well thought out. And Edward's self-awareness is just the cherry on top. I'd guess that arises because you have experienced something similar, as you say?
