Great chapter! Loved tht ending! Edward's note in a slightly more modern way! :D Just one thing, granted I'm not sure how much you know about SCBU (Special Care Baby Unit - UK) and I dont know much either but with Edward's fifth delivery, the baby probably would have been severely ill if he'd been starved of oxygen for 5 mins. sorry its just my sis has severe cerebal palsy because tht happened to her, but only 3 mins, so I just wanted to point tht out to u :( The chapters brilliant tho and I loved it! :D Please update soon!! :D Cos I can't wait for Alice's wedding!! :D
Author's Response: Thank you for pointing that out. The baby wasn't completely oxygen starved as the umbilical cord was still intact but there were complications. My son was a blue baby when he was born but we were lucky enough that he didn't have to go to the NICU. I am sorry to hear that your sister has her challenges but it sounds like she has a very loving and supportive family.
Thank you for reading and reviewing. I always love to hear the good and the bad.

So are they going to admit they love each any time soon?!
My then fiance (now husband) & I went 2 weeks w/out seeing each other b/c of snow storms & work schedules; it sucked!!! When we finally got to see each other again, he made me a wonderful meal & some amazing sex!
Author's Response: Sometimes that is the best part of being apart--the coming back together! Not yet they won't! Just wait and see how it plays out. Thanks for reading and reviewing!

sorry but I got busy and I was left behind... anyway I read a total of 4 chapters and they were all great <3
can't wait to read of the wedding :)
Author's Response: Thanks Flo83! I am glad to know that you are still with me. I was wondering where you went. Updates will be weekly from now on so that should help balance RL some.

I'm enjoying your story so much, but one question keeps nagging at me as I read--When is someone going to notice that they're wearing wedding rings?!?!? My nosy friends and relatives sure would!
Author's Response: You are not the first person to say that. Bella's ring is just a thin band. Her closest friends now know but they hadn't spent a lot of time together since they got back. Edward spends most of his time at the hospital and the focus there is on the kids, not on his hands. Keep in mind that Bella does not have a flashy engagement ring.
Thank you for reading and reviewing. I love the feedback.

Cute chapter! I can't wait for the I love yous that they are both so close to saying.
Let's see...I tend to prefer AH fanfics, so I found your story by just browsing the stories in that category. The summary sounded interesting to me, so I started reading it and got sucked in pretty quickly.
The longest I have gone without seeing my husband is 8 months, but he's a Marine and that's the way life is right now :) I fill my free time with my Twilight and fanfiction obsessions! haha
Author's Response: Thank you to both you and your husband. We couldn't have the country we have without heroes like the two of you (it takes a strong woman to stay home and support her husband that way!).
I am glad that you like it so far! I hope the rest lives up to your expectations. Thanks for reading and reviewing for me.

When my hubby started med school, he lived in a different city than me and we saw each other every other weekend or so. It sucked. Then he's gone on some outreaches and been gone for a month. We've been married for 15 years and together for 23, and I hate spending even one night apart.
Author's Response: It is always heartening to hear of couples that have made it work for a long time and are still in love. Thank you for reading and telling me about your happiness! It makes the day a bit brighter.

First I would like to say this is one of the best au ahuman stories ive ever read. this Chapter was great. The longest Ive gone with out seeing my hubby was 25 days. He works away and usually does 10 on and 4 off but just before christmas he did a 25 day shift so he could have more time off. Twilighted got me through that shift. before he started working away in october we had not gone more than 3 nights without each other. He is my soul mate an part of my soul is gone when hes not around. Thanks so much for a great story. I am so glad I stumbled upon it :> happy weekend
Author's Response: That is one of the most touching true stories I've heard. 25 days is a long time and I'm not sure I could do it. I am glad you found it as well and I love to read your reviews! Thank you!

i'm loving this story! Just enough angst. I hate stories where B & E declare their feelings too soon! Keep it up - can't wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response: Thank you! They are working through everything in their own time. That was one of their main reasons for keeping it from everyone else. Next chapter, next Thursday.

One month is our longest separation, but we Skyped daily...
Author's Response: That is a long time. I am glad you had Skype to keep you connected. Thank you for reading.

What's really holding Edward back? Can't wait to see what happens when they get home.
Author's Response: Edward holds a lot in. There is lots more to come. Thanks for reading.

Grrrr.... I need more! Lol, I just found your awesomeness lastnight and have already read up to this point and am dying for more! I tried so hard to go slowly so that by the time I got to this chap I hoped there'd be more... I just couldnt stop! I still remember Edwards warning of more attacks in the area and every time you leave Bella alone at night I wait for the next to start with her being brought in and Edward being called down.... Drama happens and he is so angst with whats happening that he yells that she is his wife without a 2nd thought. Oh and who just happens to be the ER nurse that night.... What a wake up call for "T".... Well Im just sayin... It could happen cause I know she isnt finished yet! Cant wait for the update!
Author's Response: Thank you Karenlillie! You are too funny! There is more T to come. I update every week (should be on or near Thursday) and I have a lot more already written.

I lve how much he's realised he needs her but he needs to think before opening his mouth and she sometimes needs to back off from the overreacting (wait is there 1 or 2 r's in that?).
Lovely episode.
Achilles x
Author's Response: Yes, you've hit their flaws right on the head. Unfortunately, as people, we all have them and it takes longer than a few weeks to change. I think they can do it together, though.
Thank you!

I don't think I could take a marathon of the "Coreys" either! I'm going to have to go back and read again; I don't recall what Edward's bad schedule was going to be that he didn't want to tell her about. And the latest bad movie I tried to watch was "The Goods". I didn't make it all the way through. Could not believe that Will Ferrell had a part in that stupid movie! It was one of those that the preview for the movie was actually the best part. Thanks for writing.
Author's Response: Thanks for the warning on The Goods. The bad schedule is referred to by Alice and Edward. Medical residents normally work about 80 hours a week, not including any moonlighting they do. His current 24 on/24 off is less than normal. You will see more of what is normal coming up.
Thank you for the review each chapter. Yours always make me smile.

I'm really loviong how this story is progressing - and the fast updates!
Author's Response: Thank you lynnjay79! I will probably move to weekly now that we are caught up with FF.net.

Loving the hotness now between them but in the last chapter he did act like a real arsehole.
Anyway he seems back on track now - at least for the moment ;)
See more soon
Achilles
Author's Response: Yeah, Edward has some anger issues. More coming up soon this week. Thanks for staying with me each week.

although its a filler chapter it still was nicely written, and it helped remind me that the wedding is coming up
Author's Response: I am glad that it worked well with the overall story. There's lots of action coming up soon so stay tuned.

Such a cute chapter :) I am really enjoying how Bella is able to open up to Edward and be honest about her feelings. Edward is very perceptive and insightful, and together, they seem to have great communication so far given the crazy situation they are in. I am excited to see how the wedding unfolds- I have a feeling we have a bit more drama headed our way! (I'm about to go to Vegas for the first time EVER in May. Hopefully I don't come home with a husband though- since I already have one of those!)
Author's Response: Thank you. They do have some communication issues but are better than some. I love the feedback! And of course there will be some drama--the course of love never does run smooth.

As the mom of preemie twins, that was hard to read. But, my girls are healthy and turning 8 next week, so I only cried a little.
He'd better man up and tell Bella the truth about her schedule soon - she'll be understanding, but not about his avoidance.
Author's Response: I am glad that your girls are healthy and doing well. I am sorry that it was so hard to read but I wanted to show the challenges he is facing and make them realistic.
Thank you for all the support you show me.
