Still a faithful reader here.  :) This chapter was very good. Sometimes it takes time to get things just right.

Yes, I haven't given up on this story, as a matter of fact, just this morning I was reading something else and thought about Caravaggio, wondering when we would ever get an update. Well now, knowing that you've written this also from Edward's POV I can only ask that you considering posting that one as an outtake, please.

Bella is so conflicted about her feelings regarding Edward, but really, I just wish she could get beyond the hurt and just forgive him and try again for that connection between them. As Tanya basically said, we all make mistakes and must learn to have empathy for those who do unto us. Even though Bella claims to have forgiven him, I'm not so sure she really has. I know it's much harder to forget than to forgive and that is the problem. It's very plain to see they are both still so miserable without each other, which speaks for the depth of their feelings for one another.

  Tanya is a good friend to him and I think as time goes on that she and Bella will also form a bond, unless Bella does something to hurt her Edward.

Thank you for not injecting Jacob in the story as another option for Bella, I just wouldn't be able to stand that. Jacob annoys the hell out of me for some reason. I guess because he's always trying to insinuate himself between her and Edward. (inTwilight, not here, yet).

I loved that this was a nice long chapter and hope we get another one soon. Thanks!

Wow....she's not letting go. It would be very hard to forgive Edward....I don't know if I could do it. But I so want these two back together and in love. But Edward seems like such a cad.....so idk.....

Bella is moving on with her life.  I am actually starting to feel badly for Edward.  I don't want him to be intimate with anybody else.  I like him wallowing.  But I do feel badly for him.  He realizes what he lost.  He knows it was his fault.  He sees her more clearly now than ever before.  It will be interesting how his painting girls at Bella's school will go over.  I am so addicted to this story!

yay,my first gold medal!i know,you didn't mention what kind it is,but if it is my choice...seriously,i had thought you had given up on this story.sometimes people do,even on good ones.so i was very pleased to see this update.i think i am like a leech;can't let go of a good thing.only i have no interest in blood!

I am glad that Bella talked to Alice and Edward.  She got so much more information from them about Edward and Heidi's past.  Somehow, during this chapter, I hate Heidi more and actuallly felt bad for Edward.  He really has had a crappy life. 

On top of everything else, she finds out that her parents are getting a divorce.  Bella really has had a hard day.

 

The plot thickens now i believe.  WOW...I have read this fic from yester today and didn't read anything else.  I know that you have been experiencing a lot of stuff in real life, but this story needs to be finished.  It is truly wonderful and Bella needs to be with Edward and I hope this Duke guy is not going to do anything to Bella.  THANKS FOR TWO DAYS OF FUCK AWESOME READING.  Sherri
