So, I'm always a huge sucker for the misunderstood characters in a book, and let's get honest, Edward is like the epitome of misunderstood in this story. I know that we need conflict for there to be good plot, but how I just want them to get back together! I know that what he did made him a total Douchward, but I still feel sorry for him.

I like that Alice is really Bella's friend, not just interested in Bella for what she might end up being to Edward. Very interesting relationship between Bella and Renee. There is a secret there which I would be interested in knowing...
I don't think I would have the self-control that Bella shows when she burns Edward's letter- I seem to have a burning curiosity about it's contents. Maybe Edward can enlighten us?...

Great chapter! Obviously Bella isn't ready to hear an apology from Edward in any form yet. I hope that she will eventually calm down enough to want to at least talk to him. Can't wait for more!!

Well Alice certainly brought a lot of answers with her. Maybe answers is the wrong word to use. She brought a lot of information. But still no reason for him to fuck Heidi. And she burned the letter up. Dammit I wanted to know what it said. I just hope she does not regret her action. You know, mad as I am at Edward right now I still want him to be okay. I worry that he will do something foolish.
And I have also been giving the Renee thing some thought to. I was so sure she is probably seeing someone but what if she is working a second job to help keep their lifestyle afloat. Charlie too. He is gone an awful lot as well. I thought about this when Bella asked for the painting back. She told Renee she wanted to destroy it but she hasn't moved to do so yet. Yeah right, when was she supposed to have the time. But I was thinking that since Aro wanted the other one perhaps she would sell him this one either for money for her parents. OR. And this thought just came to me. You know she was not happy that Heidi Ho still has the heirloom ring what if she offers Aro a trade, the painting for the ring? Hmmm. I may have to think on that one for a while.
