Bella's giggle as she was getting out of the shower was right on-target. And I love aleady having Alice as her best friend.
I am totally a sucker for canon details filtering down into AU stories-- Bella's blush, the lavender duvet and strawberry shampoo, Edward's preference for blue against her blush. I like knowing that the characters aren't going to be so OOC as to be unrecognizable. And, I am diggin your 'improvements'!
Author's Response: I really wanted to have Alice as Bella's bestie in this story.
I wanted her connection to be with Bella and not the Cullen's like you see so often in FF.

I totally felt her embarrassment in the pit of my stomach. I'm supposed to be rtaking the dogs for a run, but it is so not happening. I am hooked.
I have recently become aware that I am following the same fics as a few names and have started checking out their recs. I have yet to be disappointed. So, I am going to catch up before I accidently trip and fall on a spoiler.
Oh, and now I want a drink because of your description of the cosmo. Mmmm. Sapphire & tonic + lime = heaven
