I'm concerned over Carlisle, I lost my grandfather four days ago after a twelve month battle with prostate cancer and I know how quickly it can go from alright to nothing we can do. He had it in the early stages as well, I'm wondering if we will ave Carlisle around by the time the story is done?

good chapter. I have actually lived this. Well sort of. My husband then fiancee was in the service my senior year of high school. I thought I would stay home from prom if he wasn't home. He made it home in time. We did not marry until 2 1/2 years later.

Awww,so sweet. I can see how nervous Edward has been, and now, everything seems perfect! Love it! Alice makes me smile. Of course no jeans and sneakers if Alice has anything to do with it!!! Just envisioning Charlie and Bella teasing Edward over the snoring, lol. So cute! Now Esme seems better. So glad she seems "sorry" for her behavior, but you can't really blame her. They are young! Edward honorable to the end; always wanting to do the right thing. Knows can't live without Bella, but wants Chief Swan's approval as well. Great job asking for his permission before you steal his daughter away at the end of the summer. Just remembering how scared you were with your first private conversation with Chief Swan hoping the results with this one goes a lot better.
