I just found your story, and so far I'm intrigued. I don't know that I'm going to like Edward with red eyes, knowing, of course what that means, but I'm interested in where you are going to take this, and look forward to reading more.

Love a good Darkward and this is a really original take. What a great introduction to Edward, totally new and refreshing. Cool to see a red eyed, more animalistic (but still somehow sincere) and sexy Edward. Loved it!

Sorry, I forgot to say that I wholeheartedly agree with sherylb. the self-loathing thing with most of the Edwards out there gets REALLY old. Thank you for keeping that part of the Edward train chugging on another track.

I must say, this story has me ridiculously excited. I'm really intrigued by the way you've started this. It's rare to come across work that has an original feel to it. As a bonus I really enjoy your style of writing.
It's refreshing to see a darker Edward that's more instinctive and yet not crossing the line into demonic and abusive. there's a lot of those creeping around right now but this is almost comforting. I know that sounds odd. I'm sorry, it's 1am for me. I just love it when Edward knows there's something special about his Bella.
you've managed to make me enjoy his red eyes as well. Gold gets boring after a while you know? I need to stop talking before this gets too out there. Brilliant work!
Can't wait to read more. Bravo ;)
