This story is so good!  I can't wait for Jake to phase again, he'll have to do that befor he can imprint on Ren, then he'll find out who she is and what/who is after her!!! PLEASE UPDATE SOON, I CAN'T TAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm, the smell, hmmm. Well, if it's vampire, Ren wouldn't think it stinks, would she? And wouldn't Jake recognize the smell of a vampire even though he's not phasing. Our smell memory is the most powerful of all the sences. Interesting. Can't imagine what it could be other than a vampire but I still have these nagging questions. Hmmm.

Thanks so much for such a quick update. Since your chapters are pretty short, I don't feel too guilty about wanting more. So I do. Want more. Soon! ;)

I'm trying to think of a good way to answer without giving anything away. xD So, here it goes: I don't know how correct it would be in the eyes of Stephenie Meyer, but, in my head, Jacob isn't as aware of everything as he used to be. Mainly because he's not expecting there to be vampires, especially not in the form of Nessie, so he's sort of.. in denial, I guess you could say.

Other than that, I can't say without potentially giving a few things away. But! The plus side is that I just submitted the next chapter, and that the next couple of chapters are already done, so you shouldn't have to wait too long for them. Thanks a bunch for the review and rating! =)

hello, there!  delurking for a moment.

i really like where you're going with this story, having jacob and renesmee meet under different circumstances.  because as much as i understand stephenie meyer's artistic license, i am uncomfortable about the imprinting aspect of her story.  i felt that the relationship that will ultimately develop between jake & nessie sounds too much like a convenience for the two, i.e, a consolation prize for jacob for not ending up with bella and an instant bodyguard for nessie against the Volturi.

can't wait for more :)

It always bothered me that Jake and Nessie just sort of "happened", that all of Jacob's feelings for Bella just became null and void, and that he happily went along with Nessie. I think you'll enjoy the turn of events that are to come. ;) The next chapter has already been submitted and should be out pretty soon! I hope you enjoy it too!

Great chapter, omg jacob is starting phase again isn't he, it's her vamp scent that has started him off, i feel a bit sorry for jacob because he really likes her and i  am really not sure how is going to take it when he finds out that ren is e/b half vamp daughter, and the angst continues, 

Nah I think he's getting his wolf instincts back not because of Nessie, but because of an actual vampire that has come to jacksonville, that's why nessie was scared in the last chapter. And now he's going to phase again because of the threat.

The hold-up has been the fact that my Word expired, and I've been attempting to find some other writing program for my computer. Fortunately, I've finally come across one, and I will be back to posting chapters again very soon. I'm incredibly sorry for the long stretch of time between chapters in which my readers have been waiting.

Great chpt. So, she's making Jacob start to phase again because she's half a vamp right?? He just doesn't remember feeling like that yet. I wonder if she notices it. Or maybe smells what he does. This is getting very exciting. Can't wait to read more.

She came looking for him. Hmm...not trusting her so far. What is she up too. I really don't want Jacob hurt. I liked that she did get embarrased when Jacob caught on to her plan. Shows she's not too over confident. Great chpt again. On to your next chpt.
