I really loved this story. It was sweet how they immedietly reconnected and Bella didn't hold it out on Edward. I'm glad - that is always such a waste of time for them both. She will always forgive him in the end, and it's really as far from cannon you can get with how forgiving she is and considering she forgave him straight away in New Moon.
Thank you for keeping the name Renesmee! I love that name. Call me crazy, but it has grown on me.
Interesting twist with Bella's change. I actually really liked the birth and change. It was unique. Well done on having such a diverse imagination.
Oh, and Ren's blood. I would really like to know where THAT is going... I like how you used her biting Bella to create that quirk.
Thank you for writing and sharing this with us all!

This is the best Bella birth I have read. It is the most realistic. As the mother of 5, 2 of whom were born at home - the last one in a labor tub, this was the best description of the feelings of labor and birth. I was worried it was going to be another gory, scary, blood bath when the idea of induction was introduced. Of course in real life a medically induced birth couldn't be an unassisted birth, but this is FICTION...... and I'm so glad that you put a REAL story of birth out there for people - especially young women - to read. One that puts the thought that birth is NOT a scary, blood filled, horrible thing that everyone needs LOTS of drugs for and surgery (or vampire teeth)..... but that unmedicated birth IS possible. DOable. Hard but not impossible. Like running a marathon. It takes effort, support and concentration. Hard but not impossible. And that birth can be quiet, beautiful, private and loving. That no one needs to be rushed away to a warmer or nursery. That the mother, father and baby can have such a beautiful loving moment. Women's bodies work and babies know how to get born.
So, thank you for this birth chapter. It reminded me of MY homebirths.

I've really enjoyed your writing. I just, I am having trouble accepting that Bella is okay with not seeing Renesmee thought out this whole chapter. I know she loves Edward, but at the same time, it's her daughter and she has been wanting her close since she was born, but now she's just okay with not seeing her, even if she's afraid she might hurt her?
But I really am enjoying your story. It's fantastic work.

Bella and Edward's life has turned out rather well and I thank you for that. I too am curious about Ren's boyfriend, I'm thinking Seth, but who knows!Hank and Mary Black need a good outcome also and I can never read too much about all the Cullens. Fan fic truly is the gift that keeps on giving! I'm off to fan fiction's site to see what else you've got for us. See you soon!

Charlie is still not sure that Edward isn't the bad guy in all this, but I'm thinking he'll come around. Nothing like a grandchild to grease the wheels of family harmony. It's a lot to process, your only daughter a vampire among a family of vampires and werewolves really do exist! Yeah, just another day in the little world of Forks, Washington!

I wondered when Jake was in Alaska if his uncle was a shape-shifter too. Now we know, and it's a crying shame that his wife had to be mixed up in Victoria's nastiness. Hank fixed her, but good! At leastCharlie's safe and the problem is solved, this time. Now come the explanations! Sort of a happy ending.

One danger gone and one more to go. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping like hell the Cullens get back in time to help rescue Charlie. Bella is going to have to be more controlled than ever before and may not be able listen to reason. After all it's her dad and she loves him. Boy, do I hate Victoria and Riley is just too stupid for words!

I see where this going now and I'm really hating that Charlie is in Victoria's vicious little hands. She plans to take the fight to Alaska and kill everybody there! Just wonderful! The bad part is this could work out for her. unless the Cullens can turn on a dime and get back home. I suppose that's where the newborns come in . They must be the delaying tactic.

Sounds to me as if Victoria's little plot is working just fine. Distract the wolves and vampires and grab Charlie, great! Lord knows what she'll finally do to him , she hates Bella and Edward so much. What a damn mess! Wouldn't you know, Jacob is being an absolute jerk about everything!
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: October 15, 2011 10:54 AM · On: Chapter 40--Second Sight
That sounds exactly like what Victoria would do to Charlie. The bad thing is, Alice can't yet see the newborn army that bitch has been hatching. That puts a whole new spin on the coming confrontation. The vampires and the wolves better get it together and team up or they are all going to have a hell of a fight on their hands! This is killing Bella to have to stay home, but at least Edward can guard his wife and daughter. Poor Irina, her so-called mate is a real waste of time, the doubl-crossing bastard!

So now Charlie is in danger. I knew things were going too well. There must be only so much happiness Bella and Edward are allowed before disaster strikes again.

Victoria the vicious, what a piece of work she is. I always thought she and Maria would make quite the team as they have so much in common. Neither one gives a rip about anyone but themselves and they're bad to the bone.

Only Emmett could have turned a bear into a vampire, and had it turn around and bite him on the butt! Things are going too smoothly for all the Cullens, so I suppose terrible things are about to happen. Damn!

If Edward helps her, Bella will be able to retain her human memories much better. She seems to have the loving part down pretty well already. Hunting seems to come naturally to her also. Bella is an amazing newborn!
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: October 15, 2011 01:12 AM · On: Chapter 35--Going Vampy
So far, so good! Aside from her crimson eyes, Bella is liking her new body and what it can feel and do. Emmett better watch his mouth, now that Bella is a newborn. This hunting trip is certainly starting out well!
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: October 15, 2011 12:57 AM · On: Chapter 34--Transition
I've always wondered if Bella's transformation would have been easier if she had just let out the screams. Maybe not. Now she only has to worry about hurting her child. Glad this is over for her and life will be much better for her and probably Edward, too. Now her hurdles are down to her parents and Victoria, though nobody knows that yet.
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: October 15, 2011 12:41 AM · On: Chapter 33--Choices
Thank heaven there was a solution to this problem that wouldn't kill Bella, only change her. Nearly broke Edward's heart to have to do it after all, but he was brave enough to give his wife what she most wanted, forever with him. Now the three days of hell begins!
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: October 15, 2011 12:19 AM · On: Chapter 32--Unknown Factor
What a hell of a fix for Bella to be in. Her own beloved child has put her in some serious spot! What will happen if she can never become a vampire? That would just about kill her and Edward too! Oh boy, what next?
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: October 15, 2011 12:07 AM · On: Chapter 31--Lull
Bella is regaining her strength rapidly, thanks to all the Cullens taking care of Renesmee, while her mommy sleeps. I can just imagine how Bella dreaded the calls to her parents. Charlie was a lot harder to deal with than Renee, not surprisingly. She's stuck not being able to be honest with either of them about Edward or the baby. Cute that Renee isn't so averse to being a grandmother of a child named after her!
Reviewer: k1942 (Signed) · Date: October 14, 2011 08:58 PM · On: Chapter 30--Labor Day
That was quite an experience, for Edward and Bella both, and the result is fabulous! Their daughter is a wonderful combination of the two of them. This is great, for Renesmee , her parents and the rest of her family. Every birth should be like this in some way.
