Okay. Just finished all five chapters. This story is awesome. I never really saw Renesmee ever acting like the "typical" teenage girl, but the way you write it is so believable! It's great! I love it.
Hunter is cute. Jacob is disgusting. Ugh.
My heart is breaking over Edward and Bella though. If their love can't make it, WHOSE CAN? *sobs uncontrollably* Seriously, I'm like absolutely heartbroken that he cheated on Bella with...Tanya. D:

this is interesting and everything but i hate the fact that E is technically cheating on B with T i know you said he's not just that R thinks that but its not kool in my book since my rents split cuz my dad was secretly talkin to his ex while married to my mom so this story is hittin a extremely tender spot for me...keep up your writing you have an interesting style and it was enjoyable for the most part maybe ill read some of your stuff in the future.

Seriously, this story is the love of my life, and probably the only thing I can marry without parental consent. I read this of Fanfiction.net and reviewed so I might as well review here. Your characterization of Nessie trying to be a normal teenage girl is, in my eyes, pure perfection. I read the first chapter and I was instantly hooked. And, to be completely honest, you may have inspired me to write a "Nessie rolls her eyes" fic. I adore how Edward and Bella are having problems because, let's face it, that's what actually happens in the real world. No one is that in love, it's disturbing. Oh, BTW I'm definitely Team Tanya and Eddie. I have hatred for Bella coming out of my ass. Update soon (:

while the originality is refreshing, especially in making reneesme a little bitch, like every teenage girl is supposed to be, i have to admit that i have a problem with edward falling out of love. not because i'm a teen (i'm not), or because i think that love constitutes of flowers and frolicking in the meadows around the world:it's because i think it's totally ooc for edward, and that a person with more than a hundred years of overthinking couldn't make a mistake when choosing his mate.
that being said, i salute you and wish you luck with this story!
as a girl having a 13 year old sister and a 13 year old nephew, i can tell you your way with teen angst and drama is spot on! :)

Just read the last three chapters and I love Nessie and she makes me laugh in this story. Just like a teen. And, yeah, Edward is kinda creepy. . .I was too offended when she was bagging on Jake to like her then. XD lol And to see that they're not a perfect family made me laugh. FINALLY some drama ad fights and stuff that NORMAL people do. Ahahahahahaha, I'm lovin' this! Update soon. <3

I just started reading this out of curiosity coz I always hated the idea of the mutant but what a pleasant surprise! I love that you made her a "normal"revolting snarky-assed teenager who fights with her mother & thinks she's a dinasaur. The Robert Pattinson references were priceless! I hope Daddy is on with Aunt Tanya, Bella & Edward & their "perfect" love often made me feel ill as did the "perfect"baby they had. More please!

Thx for reading/reviewing BGP. Readers either love it and hate the Edward/Tanya inference, or that they love it but don't lke how Nessie is portrayed. Their choice.
I will be expanding this in mid-December, at the conclulsion of the LFN contest on ff.net; Nessie is going to have her hands full with Kaela and Meredith, not to mention Kelly Dougan, who completes the Bitch Trifecta.
But little do they know what Edward's Little Daisy can do to them. Oh, she's her Daddy's Girl, alright....

Its definitely original and the way Nessie views her mother is typical for a teen and refreshing . The idea of Edward being unfaithful however seems to me extremely out of character. Not to offend but I don't like it very much the only reason I can think of is that Nessie seems a little shallow. It's not like I'm an ocean or anything but I'm sixteen and she seems a little immature

Thanks for taking the time to read and review Bubblegum Pop.
She's 15, and I realize that not all 15-16 year old girls are worldly and mature. Keep in mind that she's led an extremely sheltered life, per canon. She's being exposed to the human world and peers her own age for pretty much the first time, and some of her experiences are based on actual occurences that have happened in my 16 year old daughter's HS (the card swiping down guy's asses, for instance, and her outfit on the first day of school both happened, but not to my kid - what she's observed).
Re: Eddie being unfaithful. I've found it interesting that older readers of Twilight fanfiction generally don't have issues with this, but teen readers do; I've come to the conclusion that age does bring experience and life doesn't always give one an HEA.
I'm pleased to see that my depiction of Nessie and Bella's relationship rang true; I'm writing about what I know, both from my teen years and that of my teen daughters.
You probably don't give a rip, but I will be expanding Bubblegum Pop into a full series mid-December. Here's a teaser - Edward isn't foolling around with Tanya - he can control what he wants Nessie to see, and well, he is a bit controlling, isn't he? (Just like in canon).

Yeah, today Nessie and I were yakking about her Auntie Alice's obsession with Jimmy Choo pumps, and that Nessie thinks they're like medieval torture devices and why anyone would wear them is beyond her, and so, like...
And then she flaked out on me and went to her Advanced English class to flaunt that sapphire ring that Daddy bought her in front of Kaela and her BFF, Meredith, the one the other kids call "Dippy", except that Meredith doesn't know that it really stands for "Dipshit".
So, uh, yeah, Nessie's kinda busy today to talk to me.
