Chapter 2 and I'm hooked.

I can't wait for the rest of this story!!  It is so good!!  I'm hoping for a happy ever after!

Hah. Ack! New small rant. How can Bella not be mad at Alice? Telling her brother is one thing, and I don't think Alice was in the wrong for believing that she's protecting him by telling him what she saw. But telling their entire family?!!? That is so insanely insensitive and unnecessary. I can't believe that either Edward or Bella is willing to forgive her for that, at least not as quickly as they apparently are. If my sister did that to me I would be beyond furious. And not only is Edward apparently not angry with Alice, but he flat out defended her to Bella in the last chapter. I know blood is thicker than water, but I seriously don't understand his willingness to overlook that.

I also don't understand how one second Bella is calling him a "fucking hypocrite"  but then the next she believes he's done absolutely nothing wrong and he's completely justified in all his actions. I want to shake her. Thank God for Rosalie though. I was seriously cheering for her. I'm so happy she called Edward out, except for the part where she backtracked saying Edward did nothing wrong. That I did not get, unless it was just to appease Alice?

Your rants are fascinating. I have been away from these two chapters so long, though, I'm not sure I can give a decent reply without going back and re-reading, which is something I have to do before the next chapter comes out, so I may delay reply until then.

Ugh. Ok, I know I'm late to the review party and there are many more chapters to come, but I have to go on a mini-rant against everyone's actions in this chapter. First and foremost, Edward for being such an egotistical asshat that he thinks that fooling around with another girl at a party in front of everyone there not to mention his pretend-fiancee is not damaging. I mean, seriously? She may be able to move on to a different situation and a different life, but it certainly makes keeping up the current facade more difficult. And I really hate how he is somehow more easily forgiven for his transgression (because what, he's male?) than she is. His fooling around with Tanya doesn't damage their reputation but her fooling around does? Ugh ugh ugh. I really want to hit him. And I'm really hoping that Bella stops taking that crap and tells him what an asshat he is, because she definitely hasn't done enough of that to satisfy me. I'm normally 100% Team Edward, but in this case I can't understand why in the world Bella would want to sleep with him.

Ok, phew. Sorry for the rant. Just had to get that off my chest. But seriously, beyond my current pissed-offedness at Edward, I am really enjoying your story. It's a really cool premise.
